Transplant and water small around the hole you dug there will be enough nutes in the soil for a week easy so stick to water then in a week work your way up 1/4 to 1/2 to full strength just make sure them roots are set in and have feed schedule under control before you flip to 12/12

Hard to tell when everyone giving different answers but looks overwatered to me the way it's drooping plus it causes some of the other growth to go yellow

I Wait till 4 nodes or 4 week after seedling sprouts and I go 1/4 strength then 1/2 strength then full so definitely don't get any Nute burn

What do you not put them inside the room
