A bit stretched how far away is your light from you need to lower a bit to stop stretching?

You are most likely drowning them. Looks like a spray bottle there too..thats a no no also. Transplant them very very very carefully. And put the dirt all the way upto the foliage ( bury the stems). Dont water around the stem after you do this.
