Some plants look underwatered and some look over

Anyone know how to help my plants some are overwatered and some look under by the looks and and it's the 6th day after feed and pots still are not dry and been like this for about 4 weeks but getting run of not really a problem only 1 of 6 looks really nice and healthy and have a couple of pests luck in a way not being spider mite but can't use the neem yet as it says not to use on wilted and drooping plants and kind of topped to fast after topping. There 8 week from sprouting from soil I class it as 4 weeks for seed so there 4 week in veg now help would be much appreciated

Simple answer: Do you think you overwatered or underwatered? It's probably one of the two, not both, I suspect. It looks like overwatering as well as light burn. You probably need to raise your lights slightly and give it more ventilation/air exchange.

Thats why i asked if he watered every week. Large containers take longer to dry out. Over watered maby even beginings of root rot

You don't need to drench the container just because it's large. That just rinses nutrients out.
Water all around the side of the pot doing a different side each time. Coax the roots out to the sides from the center.

If you are having overwatering issues look into some smart pots for the next go around ....definitely overwatered IMO as well ....GL
