I looked up the statistics on inmates on death row since 1976...and here it goes...

Here are the defendants of capital crimes...so crimes resulting in a death sentence...

56% were white
34% were black
8% were hispanic
and 2% were other...
These are the people executed by the death penalty..

These are the victims statistics for the same crimes...

So the victims were
76% white
15% black
6% hispanic
and 3% were other...

So...fewer black men get put to death...
But more white men are being killed by the death penalty and each other, and other races as well...
Because of murderers 34% were black, but only 18% of those crimes were against black people...

On death row right now,

42% are black
43% are white
12% are hispanic
3% are other.

If your victim is white you are more likely to get the death penalty, regardless of what color you are...so a white man kills a black man and he is less likely to get death than if he had killed a white man...just like a black man is more likely to get a death sentence for killing a white person, than for killing a black person...

So who gets the death penalty has nabbed more whites for killing whites...

Also Kaendar, what evidence or statistics do you have that say specifically what crimes these blacks or whites have been arrested for, and what determining factors resulted in the blacks getting convicted at 7 times the rate of whites. You seem to be implying it's strictly because of skin color.
