Update for today! I lowered the PPMs down to 300~ from 380 and the plants overnight just took off. The auto flower (fruit) on the left started showing pistils this morning!!! Which leaves me in a bind... I shoulda planned ahead since the system has a non-auto in the right.
Will switching to flower nutes cause the non-auto to start showing deficiencies since it's still in veg?

Ambient: 78F
Water: 66F

Looks good. This seems like a dumb question but are your plant in separate containers, or is it a recirculating dwc? If not then theres no reason you shouldn't be able to tweak the nutes for the auto without hurting the regs. I dont think it would be to much of an issue if you used bloom nutes on regular plants though. You might get phosphorus and potassium toxicity or something but idk.

Yesterday I decided to switch over to a RDWC and added a 3rd bucket as the res. Also scored a 150w 6700k MH, looks to be an old fish tank light?

So instead of the usual pics.. this time I decided to get a bit creative and tried to take some nice macro shots for you guys/gals. Both shots were taken with a Canon 100mm Macro lens + 550D for you camera people.
These were shots of the Fruit Auto. I'll try to post more interesting shots as they progress

Holy shit, those roots! That's straight awesome man, good stuff. My girls were recovering but have since stalled, and I might have some root rot, we'll see. Worst case if I've gotta scrap mine I can live vicariously through yours! haha

Damn sorry to hear about the rot =/ ever figure out why? I had rot during the early stages in this grow but once I started adding up DM Zone things have been great! What are your res temps?

I used GH Grommets, similar to the ones here http://www.horticulturesource.com/ecoplus-ecoplus-3-4-rubber-grommet-25-bag-sold-in-bag-quantities-only-p8411/. Then pushed through 3/4" elbows and tees like this one: http://www.horticulturesource.com/barbed-elbow-3-4-in-p4005/. No leaks so far!
Update: nothing exciting yet. the dinafem fruit auto is finally taking off and the tga 3rd dimension hasn't showed sex.. maybe in a few days time now. i think i got my pH battle all figured out and have switched to using RO water now.
Nutrient Mix:
- 5~10ppm RO water
- DM Zone
- CalMag+ @ 100~150ppm
- Canna Aqua Vega + Canna Aqua Flores (50% mix)

heh, much lower than you think.. oddly i'm at 350ppm and anything higher is showing burn... i'm trying to up the ppm's about 30~50 a day

I don't know if raising PPMs daily is the best idea. I would think leaving at certain PPM for the week and once you do a rez change then up the PPMs by 100-200. By adding nutes everyday like that I would think you would have a nute lockup or something. I may be wrong tho. Your grow and roots look awesome!! Keep up the good work!!
