B.M.O. Nute line and Fox Farms Happy Frog all Purpose 5-5-5 to much?

I plan on growing out of Fox farms Ocean Forest mixed with perlite. I will be using Blue Mountaing Organic nutes around week 3 or 4. Now my question is I have this Fox farm Happy Frog All Purpose 5-5-5. Hers a link http://www.foxfarmfertilizer.com/products_frog1.html

Will this be to much Nutes for my plant? Or should I use Bulb Food instead It has 3-8-8 NPK.
http://www.foxfarmfertilizer.com/products_frog3.html

I dont want to burn my plants.
Does any one have any Ideas on which Foxfarm Dry Mix fert I could use with All of BMO's Nute Line. I plan on using Grow it big, Foliar spray, Flower power and super plant tonic. All from BMO. Please any help I have read about this matter and cant find an answer.

No need for happy frog if you're using bmo's lineup. BMO is good stuff, just stay the course. :peace:

I am going to be using bmo in the future.

Anyways I think that the happy frog will be good for all your vegatative plants. The happy frog is almost identical to the peace of mind I currently use. In fact I am still tying to find out what the difference is at all...seems lkike they got 2 identical ferts with different names.

The HF and POM seem to be an alternative to the non organic grow big and tiger bloom because they even have the same NPK values just are all organic. I currently use the POM fruit and flower which is the same NPK as the tiger bloom in my final transplant container when I go to bloom. I also use the big bloom in conjunction with the POM as suggested by the label but last time used nothing but the soil amendments.

I think that the soil amendments are a complete fertilizer if I were you I would go for the vegetable one for growing and the fruit and flower for blooming. You might be able to use both fertilizers I'm not sure. Why not try some of the FF in a few of your containers and see how they react as opposed to the plants that aren't getting them?

I would mix the happy frog in with the soil, that way you get the fungi, bacteria, humic acid, and it balances the ph. Then just feed sparingly with the BHO.

Im using Ocean Forest it has all of that already. Im now starting to wonder is I will burn and over fert my plant. Remember I will be using all of Blue Mountain Organics nutes. And In addition I was considering on adding this Nute from Fox Farm.

To be honest, you really don't even need to use any grow fertilizers during veg with ocean forest soil. It truly has enough organic nutrients to get it through vegetation. If you are going to use bmo's grow big during veg then just use it every 3rd feeding at 1/2 strength. I think if you want to keep adding more nutes than necessary needed you will have problems with over ferting. The plant has a life cycle. You just want to feed it to keep it happy & get you to where it needs to be at harvest. Don't experiment unless you are ready to play the flush game every couple of weeks. I grow 100% organic & never have i once had to flush. Growing is so easy that just stick with 1 nutrient lineup & be done with it. You want to add more & more then be prepared to have problems.

Stick with bmo's fertilizer & stop reading about other fertilizers & you will be fine for the rest of your life. Get that first grow under your belt & you'll understand more. BMO is good shit.

Grow your plant or plants like this

Vegetation:

Every 3rd feeding will be bmo's grow big

example: water, water, grow big, water, water, grow big & so on for all of vegetation.

Flowering:

flower power, water, super plant tonic, water, flower power, water, super plant tonic, water, flower power & so on for flowering up until 10days before harvest & then just use water at the feeding during those last 10days & then harvest.

You can't go wrong with that schedule, it's a made up schedule I use when using bmo's lineup with either ocean forest or miracle grows organic mix in the brown bag. You'll never need to flush & as long as you use chlorine free water or distilled you wont even need to check ph or adjust them. You can scratch the need for a ph tester & kit. I have never used them nor do I plan on it. Organic growing really is the easiest way. I think it's funny that people look at organic growing as if it has a mystique about it. Organically is nature at it's best. Simplicity !!

No problem Mr.Piffy :)
The last bit of excellent advice I have to offer you is even though the ocean forest has perlite in it, you really should add more to make that soil more aerated & also being that the ocean forest is expensive you'll be able to make it stretch longer. I would mix 2 parts soil to 1 part perlite. Take care, thank you for the +rep & enjoy your evening.

Bro,
I also use the miracle grow perlite. It does have slow release nutes in it but not much to get worked up over in your mind. If it bothers you then what I suggest doing with the mg perlite is put it in a strainer & pour boiling water slowly over it. You'll see the nutes get washed away. If anything by doing this will clear your conscious. :blsmoke:
