Don't add anything. Plant straight into the happy frog, transplant that into Ocean Forest. Wait until you see a deficiency to feed anything don't even give any Cal mag. If you're still in veg give it grow big, if by the time you start seeing the plant running low on nuts you have already flipped give it tiger bloom. About a week after you notice you run short on NPK then it's totally safe to give it a dose of Cal mag.

I've used that same exact mix, myself, many times. It's pretty much like you say... for about 4-5 weeks, just pH'd water with a good amount of runoff each time. After the mix nutrients are exhausted, I used Jack's 3-2-1 every watering and pH everything to ~6.5. It's pretty much inert from there on, so you're basically running a quasi-hydro system. I have no idea what the FF nutes are like, so I can't comment on them.

Than you. Wasn't sure if it's was the same if I'm mixing 2 soils.

I run a 50/50 mix of OF and HF with 30% perlite added. Like others have said the first 3 to 4 weeks will need nothing except maybe calmag depending on your water source.
I'm assuming your a new grower so I would suggest if after the 4 weeks you feel the need to add nutes(depending on your light intensity you may not need any)Start with 1/2 what FF recommends...if growing autos start at 1/4 and don't exceed 1/2.
Good luck!
There is an excellent tutorial on growing in FFOF with and without nutes on here.
FFOF simple it's for autos but applies to photos too.
