Life sucks....

You know what would be fair? If there was a flat tax and everybody paid the same.... A certain percentage of their earnings.. Life is hard for everyone dude.. I dont get hand outs. Or, forget the income tax. Everybody should just pay a certain percent sales tax., If you buy a 5 mill house, you pay a certain percent. And a person buying a 60grand apt will pay the exact same percent. Thats fair... I know the world is un-fair. But, I feel that its especially un-fair for some to work their asses off to pay for others who dont.... Thats my opinion. Im not a close minded individual either.

Yeah, I agree with you, but the thing is "You" working your ass off has nothing to do with people getting benefits from the government. Two different subjects. I know it seems like "Your" paying for them, but in reality your not. Your money is going to far worse things then helping people out when they need it. And yes Life can be very unfair to some, ever see the show MY SUPER SWEET 16. Exactly, some are born into it and live easy forever, while others are not born into it and will never see it.

Yeah considering the top 5% of america pays what 40% of the total taxes collected?... if everyone payed the same we'd be royally screwed
 
Well, good news, for those of you that would like to know!

We picked up another account so I'll end up having more hours than previously. And, the boss finally agreed to let me start taking a little more control of things (he's a bit disorganized, but a good guy) to help control food cost. I've already been contacting new suppliers and trying to play this bad economy in our favor.

Thanks to all of those that left encouraging comments. And to those that didn't, you at least gave me an outlet to air out frustrations... and I thank you for that as well.

True success is someone who has a job, but grows to make a profit. Its tuff work, but you can easily make over 50k+ a year selling and working a normal job.
 
Diggity, you say you haven't filed a return in years, but did have you have taxes with held from your check during those years? If you did you should look into filing now for previous years, if you have money coming back, wouldn't this be a nice time to have it?

Sorry about your hours being cut, this economy really sucks.
 
been laid off since november and still no work in sight bor. been looking hard as fuck even trying to get part time work right now is nearly impossible! best ot just grow grow grow and smoke smoke smoke!bongsmilie
