Hi All.
I've posted this once and not garnered a single reply, so I'm re posting here in advanced and see if I get some joy here, (so I appologise for multi posting in advance).
Does anybody know if using an Oxygen product (Ozone generator, Hydrogen Peroxide) in your nute tank, will help convert Nitrites, to Nitrates???
IE, NO2 (nitrite) + O (the free highly reactive single Oxy atom, liberated when O3 or H2O2 break down) = NO3 (nitrate).
Any of you fish dudes know the score???
Just a thought, as the nitrifying bacteria are supposedly killed off at the PHs we usually run in hydro. (anything under PH6 or so I've read somewhere).
