I'll say one thing for Elon, he sure seems to be making space X work, at least his management and engineering teams are. Starlink is suppose to become a real money maker, eventually competing with coax cable. They have contracts with NASA for human and cargo launches, have shown real innovation and reduced launch costs with reusable technology. The are about to start launching heavy lifters that will launch the massive reusable starships into orbit.

doublejj: I embrace the energy efficiency of tesluh EV!

mooray: What about a car that uses 3000lbs less toxic material and charges itself 40 miles per day without plugging into a fossil fuel power grid?

doublejj: No that's too efficient. Anything less than 5000lbs is the same as roller skates to me. I don't like it anymore.
When does that trickle down to the 6 billion people not in the first world?
Yes, I'll keep beating this drum until you and others realize that saving the earth from climate calamity cannot be wrung from the necks of 1.5 billion first worlders

30 years ago I said we would see nuclear cars in my lifetime. Not sure if that is going to play out or not. But when I was in the Navy I heard all the time about the amount of fuel needed to operate an aircraft carrier was smaller than a baseball. So the biggest SUV would use something the size of a grain of rice. You would use the weight saved from the engine to shield the reactor. But after your drive, you would plug your car into the grid to help power it.

Either that or Willie's hemp seed oil.

What I don't want, however, is to use someone else's wrongs in order to control my rights. For example, Trumpers whine about America tightening up on environmental controls because China is a mess. They think that because another country is super shitty, that means it's okay for us to just be moderately shitty.

US STOCKS-Tesla set to boost Nasdaq; S&P, Dow to open flat

The S&P 500 and the Dow were set to open flat on Tuesday as investors stepped back ahead of key inflation data later in the week, while Tesla was on track to boost the Nasdaq on strong sales in China, a major market for the electric carmaker.

My brother just bought an electric robot grass
Lawn mower for $2,500. He is going on vacation and has it programmed to mow the lawn everyday that he is gone. It’s so smart it knows when to head back to the power outlet to recharge . Lol. He said it will not cut the grass in any particular pattern but will cut all the grass one way or another.

There is no way that doesn't get ripped off by some scrapper or maybe a kid looking to make a battle bot or something with it.

You will need to share the ring video!
