Does your soil already have nutrients in it? Seems a bit young to start giving nutrients, but she doesn't look nute burned or anything. With that blurple color from your LED it's really difficult to distinguish colors on your plants leaves. I think the seedling looks healthy...to help strengthen her stem, the best options are to have a very light breeze going on them, just enough for the leaves to sort of 'flicker' every few seconds, not so much that it's blowing leaves around and stressing it out though.Having strong lighting will help her thicken her stem, as well as using something like a tooth pick or popsickle stick to stick in the dirt next to it, then using something soft (as not to cut the stem) to tie it to the stick so that it helps support it. I would lay off of nutrients until you define what the problem is.
With all that being said...give her time, I think she looks healthy...but I can't see much leaf color with that LED on.
*EDIT* I noticed under tags for this thread you put Auto. Is she an Autoflowering strain? They tend to be highly sensitive to any form of stress as seedlings, as well as nutrients. If she's an autoflower, she's more than likely recovering from some stress like from transplant or just about any trauma to the roots or stem...even picking the germinated seedling up to plant has over-stressed my autoflower's before and made them stand still and not grow for quite a while...

this is it today mate does it look healthy. The stem is thin at the bottom. Dosnt seem to be thickening. Im worries incase it topples over. 2 days after nutes it seem ok? I moved the lights a wee bit closer aswell. You need to look close vut theres slight discoloration on the 2 bottom leaves the first true leaves. It looks like dull green marks, also im using multi purpse compost 60/40perlite. any input would be apreciated

She's looking pretty healthy to me man!! It can take awhile for them to strengthen their stems, a few of my seedlings almost always have thin stems that require something for the stems to rest on to keep them from laying over sideways. As long as they aren't laying over on their sides though, the stems will thicken up on their own. It can speed the process up a lot to have just a little bit of air moving around them. Your seedling doesn't look to be having any serious issues, I get those same types of marks on my seedling leaves, idk exactly what causes them, but don't seem to hurt anything! It can be tough to just wait on them to resume normal growth, but try to leave her alone as much as possible aside from normal watering routines. I wouldn't add anymore nutes until you see her growth resume, she's small and the nutes in the soil should hold her over. It's easier to add nutes than flush them out! Do you have a thermometer that you can lay beside her to monitor temps?
So sorry for rambling on man!

Aye its all valuable info to me mate no rambling. i have a hygrometer in there temps are abt 24-26°C and humidity 40-50% and dips slightly in dark period. I have it all hookd to a timer. So after 18hrs lights fans are off. Is that ok to do? Or ahould i keep extractor and fans blowing. Cheers buddy

And I'll do that have only chekd on her and put lights a couple inches closer. Will not water for a few days. I check on her roughly every 2 days and turn her a qrter each time for some even coverage. If i have more fresh air in the room aswell think that will raise/drop temps? Some1 memtiond silica to add that but im stickin with basics first before i venture into any other additives. Or let, topping. Ill wait until i have basics down and actualy grow decent green

Be careful putting those leds too close, you can fry a young plant and really slow down the growth, lol. It looks healthy overall, don’t change too much.

Humidity, I bet, is part of the problem. That and container size.

If your temps are warm and humidity is low, the plant will grow slowly because of vapor pressure differential. If it is warm in there, get the relative humidity up around 60% if you can. If it is cool in there, then that will slow growth also. Cool and humid is really a dangerous spot to be, avoid that, but usually the lights keep it pretty warm.

Hey, do you have a fan creating some wind? Wind makes strong stems and faster growing plants. Fans everywhere, start a collection, seriously. Keep the air moving.

The pot is a little big for a small plant. Planting in smaller containers early on will foster faster growth, believe it or not. It allows the pot to dry at a faster rate for small and promotes root growth.

Yeah i have the led 12" from top of the plant now,was at 20". Im using 2 leds 1x150wat+ 1×100wat the temps have been on the lower side like. 29°C max but sits at around 25 during the day. And humidity is 40-50% i have 2 6"fans blowing air around. One 4" extractor exhaust fan and few holes for intake. So mate do you think if i can raise temps a couple degrees and say buy a humidifier to increase humidity ? To about 60%. Its very slow the growth. I thinkn about using the 1.2×1.2×2 tent? Be easier an temps get hotter in there. I have it in my closet right nw. 3.5×3.5×7 which is quite big. Also the pot is 18ltre and its obly filled 3/4 way to top. But is a plastic one an rather heavy when waterd. Takes about a week plus to dry out.

I think 12” is too close, be careful, watch closely.
The temps are fine, humidity too, I think you should just be patient, back those lights off to about 18” and wait for her root system to get going. And never grow an autoflower again.

Autoflowers do not allow for mistakes. They are harder for beginners, because if anything goes wrong the clock keeps ticking and you end up with tiny plants that produce 4 grams of pot for two months of work. Autoflowers are a scam sold to beginners by greedy seed producers, but they only should only be grown by experienced growers, if at all, in my opinion. I fucking hate autos, completely fucking pointless for 98.9% of all grows. People growing outdoors in extreme latitudes have an excuse, everyone else growing them just got suckered by slick marketing or is defending their own ignorance actively.

With a photoperiod plant you have all the time you need to make mistakes and correct them, then flip to flowering when you’re ready, much better for beginners.

Consider photoperiod Afghan Kush from World of Seeds. Real genetics. Tough plants. Ass kicking smoke. Or any of their strains with Mazar.

Another old school euro photo fem seed breeder I would recommend is Paradise Seeds. Delahaze, Nebula. and Wappa are all pretty great, and Sensi Star shows up in a lot of new American crosses. I am really looking back to the european seedbanks these days, tired of all the hermaphroditism from domestic hype strains.

Photoperiod grows can happen in as little as sixty days, just like autoflowers, if you have a fast-finishing strain cloned out and you limit veg time, maybe even less. Typically, though, a photoperiod cycle takes a minimum of about 90 days.

You can always shorten the time to next harvest by starting a second stage, when you’re ready to step it up...wink.

My kush plants looked like that for the first 2 weeks. Thought they were duds but in week four they streightened right out. They look good. I kept the led at 22 inches till they were 2 weeks then went to 18. Just started flower 16 inches. I use no nutes at all except for a light bloom folier spray and of course ph water. Seems to work well. They are in promix with beneficial fungi.
