Rh is up from 25% to 48% just by using the towel in the bowl.
Damn, why am I paying for humidifiers :wall:. I forgot to mention if you use cfls you should probably get the 6500Ks for seedlings. And the 2500Ks or thereabouts if you every use for flower. Sorry forgot to mention.

That picture under the lamps caption should be "It's Showtime!"

And like you said your concerned about, I found this year keeping seedlings warm this time of year might be the most important thing of all.

This may sound silly but you have drain holes in the bottom of your cups right? The only reason I ask is because I've seen a number of new growers using home made pots and forget to put drain holes in them or if they did they only put pin holes in them and they ended up with poor seedlings because of the lack of drainage .. Just thought I would ask..

Its showtime lol yea it should be. I woke up this morning and she was looking pretty leggy. So im guessing the cfl's weren't strong enough. They're only 18w 2700k. So what you said makes sense lol. They were just some lamps i had laying around. My buddy has the same led as me and he told me all his seedlings have loved it as long as it was like 4 ft away. so i switched back. Probably gonna have to bury the stem a bit when i pot up.20180217_113030_HDR.jpg20180217_113013.jpg

Yeah they were looking for blue light. Its cool man a lot of seedlings will stretch a bit, try to get some 6500k on them asap and you can get cfls etc pretty close.
the awesome thing about the cannabis plant is it will sprout roots from anywhere, when you transplant bury that thing almost all the way up to the cotyledon leaves it'll be just fine.

Go for a t8.. A little more money but they're a lot brighter then the t12's most t12 fixtures will run the t8 bulbs... Just my two cents..
Ill definitely check it out. Thanks man. The t12 fixture i looked at is cheap as fuck so ill make sure it can run the t8 bulbs and try to go that route if i can. Trying to not spend too much more cuz I already dropped like close to a grand on my setup. but at the same time im really trying to not cheap out on anything.

The average "house" bulb is about 4000k kinda yellow/orange light.
Well think about clones, they sprout roots and they normally come from higher up on the plant. But anyway its like a water plant, like bamboo it can sprout roots from where ever it gets enough water. As a matter of fact, as your plants get a bigger you'll see small white dots close to the soil, those white dots are "root bumps", if they were buried it would create full on roots.

t8's are brighter but $$ wise the t12's will do just fine, but t8's is something for the next grow.
