Yeah man you got some issues for sure. So I'm leaning to a potassium deficiency. Kelp meal would probably be your fastest form of organic potassium. You should find that anywhere that has a garden center. You can also order RAW nutrients Kelp meal. The RAW nutrient line has all the nutrient amendments in small bags, you would literally give an 1/8th of a teaspoon when needed. In this instance you'd need some of that.
But anyway, to the point. Looks like you have a potassium deficiency, I'd remedy that quickly.
There are soil ph meters at almost all hardware stores, it has 2 probes you just stick into the dirt. Its not perfect but can help. They also have soil ph tests. You take some soil and mix it with water etc (follow directions) either one of these will help.

Yea i have one of the soil probes you're talking about. Im gonna go get a few things today. Some kelp/seaweed, bat guano and alfalfa. Im brewing a compost tea right now to help kickstart the microlife in my soil cuz the nutrients are definitely present. Ill hit em with that and the kelp and hopefully cure these bitches.
Thanks for all your help man. I would burn a fat one with you if i could.

So far so good. The problems on the one critical plant got so bad its a little hard to notice that its doing better. But im almost positive the spots and necrotic shit stopped spreading. Now its growing again and the new growth looks good. The 2 other plants didnt get it as bad and they seem to be recovering well. I had to flip to 12/12 yesterday due to time constraints so im glad the issue isnt an issue anymore. Thanks for everyones help. Ill get pics as soon as the light comes on.

Trying to go more in the direction of a perpetual so im building a veg box out of a rubbermaid container. Not fancy at all but it'll work and it'll cut down on time between harvests. I still need to install the fan but the lights work. 180w of cfl. Ghetto to the max and im a bit nervous about the electrical work. I didnt use the ground wire from the light fixtures because the extension cords i got dont have a ground wire. Hoping i dont get electrocuted lol.

I got Nukem from my Grow Store in Gresham, OR they highly recommended it as well and they do not upsell (they actually downsell a lot of the time and tell me to go to Amazon for certain stuff). My first grow I had a major mite issue (along with temp issues), second grow I sprayed once pre-veg, once during flower and watered some in during transplants, haven't seen a single mite. I also sprayed my room walls with the stuff. I would recommend it as well just from what I have seen, and it is completely organic so you can use it all the way up to harvest without any effects.

If you wanna do perpetual the best bet Is always to get a separate tent but you can make do with a small closet and some black and white panda plastic. Get a couple 2 ft fixtures with t8 6500k bulbs and you can veg like crazy in there.

I would love to get a 2nd tent but i just dont have room for it. Thats why i was putting the box together. So i moved the lights from the lid to the side of the box and it gives me just enough room to veg 2-3 10" plants in a container thats 6" tall still leaving 3 inches for play. Which is perfect cuz with my height limits my plants cant really get taller than 24". Plus when i get a bigger place i can get a bigger tent for flower, use my current tent as the veg tent and use the box for seedlings/cuttings.

So the property management at my apartments left a note on my door saying the power will be out mondat april 2 from 8 a.m to 3 p.m because they are hooking up solar panels. My lights turn on at 8 a.m and these bitches are like a week into flower lol wtf. So im thinking i could flip the schedule so its light from 8 p.m to 8 a.m right before they do that but they'll get like a full 24 hrs of darkness so we'll seee what happens.

If the power is only going to be out for that one cycle then I say leave them. When vegging its ok if they get too much light, when in flower its ok if they get too much dark. So if they miss a cycle of light then it won't hurt them, hell I give them 36 hours of dark when switching them over to flower.

Or if you won't be there set the timer right before it turns on so that when the power pops back on the lights will too but still turn off at the regular time.. It won't hurt either way.

Great thread I'll be starting mine today. This is definitely letting me know I'm not the only one having issues in the beginning stages.
Yea man lots of growers have issues the first time. My buddy who is also on his first grow has already killed a few plants. His others are doing great but yea first timers are prone to issues for sure.

Growing definitely feels like trial and error but it's worth the wait.
It is a lot of trial and error but the good thing about RIU and just the internet in general really, is that we dont have to make so many of the same mistakes other people have already made.
