I have heard rumors lately that guys are doing extreme defoliation and hitting 3+ per 1k
I have only ever defoliated wide leaf indicas. Selectively. I was always told those leafs store valuable nutrients. But new knowledge has been leaking out about heavy defoliation and I think im going to give it a try on my next run

Ouch, I seen after I posted you already did it, if you take a fan leafs and pinch the stem you can tuck it out of the way , but the fan leaves are what generate your bud size. Unless it's like the last couple of days I never remove them ,

Personally I don't defoliate but that's just me.....but I am concerned with the white spots on your leaves, looking like PM (Powdery Mildew)

If this PM you most certainly need to get it under control really quick...below is a homemade cure

1 gallon of water
1 tablespoon of baking soda
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of dishwashing liquid
Mix the ingredients together and add them to a spray bottle.
Spray your plants weekly, preferably just before lights out
