Has anyone considered inlaying the boards with hs into the roof of a grow box? So the fins are outside of the box and lose heat to the room instead. Would the relatively still air be able to shed the heat? Thinking about two boards @75w in a 2x4 veg/herb box.

I dreamed of a freezer/fridge build like that, but I am going the way of tent.

Currently looking for el-cheapo led fixtures that'll fit the qb b4 I buy more things. The 289 led eBay panel for <35$ might be good, 310mm x 315mm.

OK Ru Ru, my 2 cents worth...don't buy some POS off of ebay for $35. You will be disappointed. You will waste your money. Save your money for a real LED light engine! You hear all the rave reviews here on the QB...you won't hear anyone raving about how much herb they grew with their discounted ebay cheapo led light.

Don't take offense. Just trying to save you some money and a very disappointing grow.

Im not good at fabricating that kind of thing. I would love to learn how, but for now re-purposing sounds fun

I have A51 RW's,3070's,3590's and QB's going now, older tech gets replaced as newer ones become available, A51's will be replaced this year.

Looking good so far,praying leaves and great root base.

How much head room will you have? Will you supercrop or tie it down? Growing really well and fast.

Room is not a issue, put this Chaos BX2 in flower a little earlier than usual because I was anxious to see how the QB's perform.

This cut only needs string support for every branch because of the yield but is left natural except for defoliation, beautiful candelabra structure.
