I own both, have ran both. Both are good lights,I prefer the Apache for my particular situation.

That's impressive how different the spectral graphs really are on those different models. Looks like the RB would be your best option for flower though?

No, the red flowers like shit. Unless BML was telling the truth w/ the video against the Gavitas. I don't buy it anymore. Has to be BS. There's no real results anywhere I can find for the Grow-Max spectrum except that super impressive video. To impressive from my recent experience w/ almost the same spectrum. Wtf. Do they lie?? I'd be pissed

Budmaster,s insanely priced God series uses osram deep red oslons.......none of their fixtures are ul listed, so not commercial imo.
Your hydroponic hut panel uses generic encapsulated leds with efficiencies in the teens or worse......hence the crappy results. Brand new 600w SE hps bulb is in the thirties, big difference.
AT 600 is 4 AT 200 r2 mashed together........heavy bastard

The Bud-Master looks like they peak in 600-630 to me. Gotta look close at the graph. Same price as Apache I think.
I don't know what the efficiency is on that. But I doubt it's the teens. It's wicked bright.

Did "wicked" bright give you good results? No, amare spanked it due more watts?, and a better QER.
"Plasma led" doesn't exist , two totally different techs............learn grower, victor probably worded differently than you remember.

W/o that quality control & goals to strive for, so many companies would be shitting on us & products wouldn't be safe.

My HH sucks ass in flower. I believe it's due to the spectrum. It is Bright light per watt. That's my scientific review of said light.
The Amare used about 50 watts less.

LED wars gotta love them! Well here is the AMARE SE-450 running without the lenses against 1000 watt (Hortilux Enhanced Spectrum) bulb running at 600 watts. This is a side by side with clones from the same mother grown in separate tents. Using the same nutrients and feeding schedule. Running the HPS at night to help combat the heat.

Qp is good. They are usually 60-70 days from seed to chop so there is a trade off. Time vs yield. Haven't really done the math to see how I'd stand compared to photo period but either way if 4 plants can pull 1.5-2 lbs which are 80 day strains under one Amare I'll be thrilled. Next run will be 80-90 day strains but can pull over 8oz. I'm not sure I'll document it cause it's a new breed I'm not familiar with

Seems like a nice light! I'm glad you guys are getting good results with them and are happy with them. That's all that matters!
Sometimes on this forum, people get real nitpicky about the smallest little differences in charts and numbers and spectra and whatever else...but I'll bet none of the nitpickers can tell you what brand of sparkplugs are in their car...or if the thermostat in their oven is accurate...My point being: What difference do any of those things make? If your car starts and runs, then the plugs are probably just fine...If you can make some delicious food in your oven, then the thermostat probably is close enough to being accurate...and if your grow light grows weed that tastes good and gets you high, then the light is a good light. That's the way I see it, anyway.
But, these "LED Wars" are fun and entertaining to read....It's like sports teams pitted against each other in bitter rivalries that will never be resolved...and I know this...but I read it, anyway...just to see how the arguments and insults are going to be articulated...some are pretty good!
