Bigger one is Cree 3070 with LPC-60-1400 driver (pushing 55-60W) and LM2596 for fan controller, Heat sink is a AMD FX CPU cooler which had laying around.
Smaller one is Cree 3070 with LPC-60-1750 driver (was bad choice of driver since only puts out 34V so only pushing 25-30W), But atleast makes heat sink required very small so used a old chip set cooler.
Same LM2596 used as fan controller turned down to minimum voltage of 3V.

I made two of these, each with 3 vero 18s, 3 arctic 11 heatsinks, a fan on either end of a section of vinyl fence post, with the driver hanging out at the exhaust end (for cooling). I'm running each bar @ 100W, and at this angle, it frees up all available grow height. Wiring is a mess for now, will clean things up soon.

Here are a few of my Vero creations. :fire:

A modified shelf unit with three 28", 3.5" profile heatsinks. Each bar has 4 Vero13 2.0's 4000k powered at 350mA. Each bar is ~44 watts.

Has a few clones and a Golden Cayenne Pepper plant on the bottom, and a nice little strawberry bush on top.

Two bars on the bottom, one on the top

This is the light that I am using to veg most of my plants, also have a small strawberry plant shoved in there.

Two 4.88" profile heatsinks I think they are 10" long. Ten 4000k Vero10 2.0's driven at 350mA and two 100w soft white ebay CoB driven at 1100mA.

I think that puts this little 2x2x4.5 at about 150w.

And last but not least the Vero Behemoth.

One 3000k Vero29 1.2, four 4000k Vero18 1.2's, all driven at 1200mA. (~180w) All on a 12" 7.28" profile heatsink cooled by a 200mm fan.

Four 3500k Vero29 2.0 driven at 1900mA (~280w). On a 24", 5.88" profile heatsink with a 140mm fan above each CoB.

I think I have finally solved my heat issues with a few cleverly placed fans and a few passive intakes.

24 vero 18's powered by 4 hgl-185h-c1050 meanwells. Six 2700k Twelve 3000k and 6 3000k

JavaCo - Bad ass light! Do those arms extend out? What's the purpose of the expandable vinyl tubing - does ventilation flow through them? Kinda looks like it could double as a hamster habitat - is the light hamster powered? 4 poor little hamsters running on wheels to power the cobs? Just kidding, it looks great.

Thanks Guys , Nope not a robot nor did i steal it from NASA. Doesn't make crop circles just big crops.

Yeah the tubes are for ventilation, The four fans in the top were supposed to draw enough air threw them but after all the wires and stuff got ran it restricted the flow so i added the fans on the end till i can switch to fans with a higher CFM rating. Has 60 CFM's in it now , got my eyes on some 107 CFM thinking that might do the trick. The two light heads in the case slide out a inch and a half . The outside light heads side out four and a half inches also you can point the outsides where ever you want. Extended out the light will cover a 5x5 @ a height of 13 to 15 inches above the canopy and in it covers a 4x4 @ 10 to 12 inches above the canopy. When the top piece is done the light will spin. Not sure how the 5x5 will go But i am hopeful. going to have to make my grow room bigger after this run to test it out. Disclaimer: No hamsters where harmed or used as slave labor during or after the making of this light.
