Thanks Guys , Nope not a robot nor did i steal it from NASA. Doesn't make crop circles just big crops.

Yeah the tubes are for ventilation, The four fans in the top were supposed to draw enough air threw them but after all the wires and stuff got ran it restricted the flow so i added the fans on the end till i can switch to fans with a higher CFM rating. Has 60 CFM's in it now , got my eyes on some 107 CFM thinking that might do the trick. The two light heads in the case slide out a inch and a half . The outside light heads side out four and a half inches also you can point the outsides where ever you want. Extended out the light will cover a 5x5 @ a height of 13 to 15 inches above the canopy and in it covers a 4x4 @ 10 to 12 inches above the canopy. When the top piece is done the light will spin. Not sure how the 5x5 will go But i am hopeful. going to have to make my grow room bigger after this run to test it out. Disclaimer: No hamsters where harmed or used as slave labor during or after the making of this light.
You must work in or have access to a machine shop?

Clean build my friend, well played~

5x Vero29 (3000,3500,3000,3500,3000) on HLG-185H-C1050A cooled by 5x Alpine 11 on MW RS-15-5V. I used cheapo painted candle bowls as reflectors and a 5string connector to box the drivers outside. Working great so far, so a clone is in the making.
Those candle bowl reflectors give your COB bar a high-bay fixture kind of look and it looks great.

I'm really enjoying seeing the varied designs. So far I like having my panels @ roughly 45 degree angle on either end of my cab, freeing up available growth height. I'm starting to think that smaller tents would do well with corner mounted vero29/cxb3590s on CPU heatsinks, shining down at an angle, perhaps mounted directly to the tent poles via clamp. Anyone doing this?

I think mc130p has something similar to this right now. If i remember correctly he has one CXA(B)3590 mounted on a corner in his flower tent, he usually powers it down for pics so you can actually see something haha.

That looks like one heavy ass lamp beepotron!

What types of LEDs/COBs are those? Coolness~~
The LEDs are 3w Bridgelux, deep red/bright red, plus a few bright blue/royal blue in the mix. The COBs are all 100W chinese cheapies, 5 x warm white, 3 x cool white... I just wanted something low cost, I know the vero/cree snobs'll be hating, but my space is only 3' x 4' and 4.5' high. LED was the only way to go due to heat (it's a loft space), but I didn't think the pre-made lights in my budget looked much good and I didn't have the funds to shell out on designer COBs and drivers.

The Vero series is made by Bridgelux and if you aren't using good quality diodes/COBs the latter of your power consumption will mean a lot (more than good quality lights) of heat generated.
I see no one hating yet, but I'm sure someone will come and tell you with lots of "hate" how important cost effectiveness and efficiency are

Nevertheless, I always appreciate when someone shares their work, so thanks again for that~
