Abiqua is right, those G8 lights are really low quality, and it's not a question if it can grow weed its a question, Is it a better deal than buying a HID light? The answer is no. Those lights cannot produce the same PAR rating HID lighting can because of the low quality parts they use, yes you can grow with them but they produce a lot of heat and not a lot of light compared to tried and true and cheap technology.

Bridgelux makes so many different diodes and they aren't all great quality, you need to know bins and part numbers to have any association with a quality LED, those are most likely the lowest bin and old technology, making them not as good as HID lighting.

The CXB is more efficient, so it will be friendlier on your electric bill. The Vero is going to give you more coverage and a better yield.
