Odd, that on one hand you believe an eleven year old who is incapable of consenting should be protected, but you don't feel the same way about another being that is much younger, (a fetus) is deserving of any protection.

I don't think anybody should be forced to carry a pregnancy if they don't want to, but the question is, is there a corollary right to that for a man ? If a man shouldn't force a woman to carry a pregnancy thru to birth, should a woman be able to force a man to pay for a child he didn't plan for?

Why did she allow herself to become pregnant? Why didn't she have an abortion? Women bear the same responsibility for preventing pregnancy as men do. It's a two-way street. But if a man doesn't want to get financially screwed, his next move should be to make an appointment with a urologist and schedule a vasectomy. It's not even a surgical procedure like it was with me.
