you are seriously my hero. just saying.
I pulled for you the whole time you were coming off the massive dose, they had you on.
and I was also so ,so impressed how you, handled yourself ,when they tried to make you out
an addict... again just saying...
I can relate to your" fighting pain every day " comment.
I mean, the main bout for me was coming off years of fentanyl, and it happened more than a year ago now and frankly I did well and weaned off in 3 weeks
but they managed to plug the gap with an oxy habit , perc's and a slew of gaba related drugs.
but none of them has even touched the pain really.
the other thing is brain fog...I have multiple reasons for this, so they rarely take any time in trying to figure this shit out.
I have whats called "pump-head", from 7 hours on the heart /lung machine, which means pretty much everyday, for a couple of years after ,I would experience, a sort fog over my thinking and usually in late afternoon, when most are getting off work and planning some fun....I have been pretty much blahhhh-ed out for lack of a better term.
On top of pump head, was the fact a took a pretty huge shot to the head, from a 22' x 14" deep wood I joist, falling 12 feet.
and now add in a tonne of meds, and you will see where , I am at.
Mind you ,I have been kind of a sharp tack my whole life (if I do say so myself lol), and studied geology, originally and settled in structural engineering,
where i am at now...anyways I can still ace an IQ test etc, etc...but for me it feels like I have taken a 50 point drop in IQ from what I used to be like.
and its basically not fun
