Will Canada’s marijuana legalization alleviate the country’s opioid crisis?

Fighting pain every day is exhausting....add in 5-7 g of cannabis on top and hot flashes at night....I don't sleep well - "they" call it non restorative sleep...but I eat better, I exercise more and I can think for myself.
What do you mean non restorative sleep?

When you wake you don't feel rested...I very rarely remember having dreams, I seem to be in a half sleep when I'm supposed to be sleeping, as in I hear the fridge come on, and I flip flop all night trying to get comfortable.I am always tired.
So you rarely go into R.E.M. Sleep? Cause I am the same way. I wake up about 4 to 5 times a night and in the morning feel like I haven't slept.

I have lived through 20+ years of my wife with this issue since her car accident. Her sleep deprivation eventually turned into full blown panic attacks and an anxiety disorder. It seems almost any time of the night that I wake up she is already awake.

Night noises bothered both of us so we have a fan running while we sleep. The white noise is very easy to sleep with and it muffles most other sounds.

I am on the fence about problems remembering dreams being caused by anything other than meds, Big Pharma or otherwise. On a few occasions when I quit smoking for a period of time, I would start to remember my dreams Of course if you do not reach REM you may not even have dreams.

My wife mostly has not remembered her dreams since she starting taking cannabis again. I know for a fact she dreams because she talks in her sleep, and I can interact with that conversation on rare occasions. When I ask her about it in the morning she cannot recall the dream in most cases. I am able to sleep through almost anything. I generally sleep like a rock, or a hibernating bear that snores, LOL.

I don't know to be honest....sometimes I think I'm remembering something I dreamed...the other part of the problem for me is when i do sleep, I don't move. This causes me to become stiff very quickly and waking me.

Interesting....as I smoke so much during the day and because my day starts around 3 am, I make a conscious effort not to smoke between 9pm and 3am...some nights I just can't do it.
