Why the hatred for Autoflower strains?

You're not suppose to transplant autos bro.
Yah I know, was thinking easier to haul out eight in my backpack vs carry one plant miles out into the bush. I think I'll just stick to carrying eight photo periods that will harvest pounds vs an auto in a 5g bucket that will harvest what a quarter pound? In my situation, autos are not worth it.

Fuck man. Autos are tricky fuckers out side. They wont get much bigger. Veg is god for autos. I had the same thing happen. Got about an 8th a plant. Sorry im a dick. Good luck
I transplanted most of them into smart pots, I have a few that did not flower early on me and might produce half decent. The royal queen northern lights autos I have are about a foot tall and not flowering yet!

I've got a Northern Lights auto from a different breeder that's pretty good, about ready for harvest. I also have a 3 week old Diesel that looks like your bud on a stick, and an Amnesia the same age that's 2.5' tall and just thrown her first pistil. They're from Speed Seeds, literally the cheapest auto single seeds I could find, so I wasn't expecting the most consistent genetics.

i run under a 600w hps all through out my run, i average a lb per run of 4 plants " depending on strain" ... i have ran 2 autos in 15 years because they where freebees .. i have never got over 1/2 oz per plant .. and the potency is always lacking .... just my .02 ...

Because auto's are considered rudials its like road side Ditch weed
Ruderalis! ! And it's only considered ditch weed because it grows wild and most pure ruderalis strains are not very potent but miraculously it flowers under 24 hours of light and does not respond to the photoperiod

I'm really trying to like auto's but tried it a few times and turned out like sponge buds, strange calyx formation. Not to mention the lack of potency. These were grown under same exact conditions as used for my photoperiod plants which are always dank.

Gonna be blunt here.
At this point anyone bitching about autos potency, yield or otherwise with basically didn't do their homework or chose a strain that didn't suit them.

There's tons of people that grow them really well @ large yields and great potency.
So when someone bitches bla bla bla my yield sucked, or the potency was shit, what they're basically saying they they're not adaptive enough to grow outside of what they're comfortable growing. aka a lazy or bad grower.

beastly.

When autos are planted out doors they should be started when the daylight hours are long like June 1 not march/April because those extra hours make a big difference in veg and how big they get and they don't like to be fucked with or transplanted.
