ill say overwatering. thats my guess. your obv not feeding any nutes yet right?

i would stop watering for a while and let it dry out. the roots will go looking for the moisture, thus making the plant grow.

this is my first time growing and my plant is about a month old i didnt germanate. it is an outdoor plant n i water it once a day. but i is really tiny for its age what should i do:?:
I have a couple plants outside that are about 8 weeks and the same size. I have been underwatering mine and they are in 5 gallon pots. I'm about to up my watering, start hitting them with nutes and transplant into 1 gallon pots. Good luck to you.

sheesh finally someone whos actually thinking.

i cannot believe how many people are suggesting to transplant to a bigger pot and water more! LOLOLOL advise couldnt get worse then this.

boneyards right but i would even go more like 4 or 5 days till next watering. make sure its completely dry and super light in weight.

lol its in a tiny little pot? How did you guys not notice that u high?
i cant even begin to describe how uninformed you are......

now as for that picture of majeks plant, that's a beauty, but you shouldn't expect that on your first grow either, its a solid 3 times the size of my soil plants i have going right now (granted they are like 5 inches tall at about 6 nodes) and i haven't done TOO badly so far (not counting my current pH issue)....

looks like over watering and POSSIBLY (i may get ringed for this) a stunted/runt seed. imho id pull it out, and start anew anyways.... just me though.

-edit- i cant stress this enough, you do NOT need to transplant it yet. i brought mine up to almost its second node before i removed mine from the same size jiffy pot you are using (well, stuck it into a bigger pot for that matter, trimmed some of the cup out after it was settled and watered). at that size it just couldn't have the root system necessary to be rootbound, you would have a tuft of root out the bottom if it were (or at least the taproot protruding). there was a popular thread made by someone (for the life of me cant remember who, but he was pretty well known) who grew some amazing buds out of a party cup all the way though.

thats hugely possible. it looks similar to one that i had growing and it stopped around that size and never went anywehre from there.
