Why do Bernie Babies deny helping Trump get elected?

Hillary won the popular vote by more than 3,000,000 votes. Fyi. Hashtag, thought you should know.
Never mind the electoral polls. People don't know enough to vote in their interest. What's important are opinion polls.

Opinion polls taken in October said Sanders won the virtual national vote.

So give him the keys to the kingdom already. Hashtag, I want my free stuff now

Free stuff? Jesus H, you're sounding more like Grover Norquist every day.

Taxing billionaires to provide a decent standard of living for folks living in poverty is something you object to?

Nothing wrong with wanting free shit imo, it's when you're willing to overlook shitty foreign policy and stretch to justify a voting record as if he isn't a shitstain imperialist and then when called on it repeating incessantly "yeah but Hillary", as if she's relevant, JUST BECAUSE YOU ONLY CARE ABOUT FREE SHIT.

Also, thanks for throwing it to Trump.

Tell me how that Universal healthcare bill is funded.

Bernie bots love the free stuff. They then cry "corporate Democrat" when people object to the price without knowing the benefit to them. Tell me, what does free college tuition do to benefit the person who isn't planning to go to college? You realize that only 35% of the people in the country have a college degree, don't you? Why should the 65% who never attended college or never finished and are now working, pay for somebody else's college degree? Same with healthcare. Most people already get healthcare as a benefit from their work. Why should they pay for somebody else's healthcare? If it's going to be paid for by increasing taxes on Billionaires, I'm all for it. Where does Bernie say that in his healthcare bill?

The answers are out there and they are complex. They make sense to me but not to the majority in this country. We agree on policy but disagree on how the policy should be communicated.

I'm not arguing about the value, I'm arguing about the fake unfunded BS bills that Bernibots go on and on about.

I'm all for Universal Healthcare, I'm all for state financed college tuition for qualified students, I'm all for a minimum living wage. But none of this is free. I'm also all for knowing how much it will cost, how we will pay for it and a convincing explanation to the generally conservative public of why it makes sense to do it.

@Padawanbater2 , don't cite another meaningless opinion poll result about favorability ratings for an unfunded policy. All that matters is how people vote.

I've been telling them the only poll that matters is how people vote...

Their answer?

"But Clinton cheated!!"

12.1%

Opinion polls are like assholes. They are everywhere and they all stink.

The fact remains, for better or worse, Hillary received 3,000,000 more votes than the "winner". Opinion or not, there were enough people who felt strongly about Bernie and voted for him regardless of the expected and known outcome. People voted for Hillary and The Donald the exact same way.

I took a poll in my bathroom the night of the election. It said that Pamela Anderson won. I'm sure glad that poll had no merit. That poor woman's titties are all fucked up now...

88% of Sanders supporters voted Clinton.

76% of Clinton supporters voted Obama.

Clinton also received 3,000,000 more votes than Trump and lost the nomination..once again karma has a sense of humor..can you figure out why?

We've already established that actual votes count more than your desperately clung to opinion polls...Sanders lost to Clinton, Trump also lost to Clinton by number of votes, old news.

Try keep up.

It's nice that you think the EC giving us Trump over Clinton is something to celebrate, I guess you won't get free shit but at least the "coloreds" are gonna suffer, so still a win for you I suppose.

Yeah, I'm not totally sold on the whole free public college thing either. I'd like to see something done for kids that earn good grades and otherwise can't afford to go to college, but a blank check for every kid in America is bit much imo.

Universal health care on the other hand is a no brainer. There is no good argument against it. I'm pretty sure I don't have to spell out for you how it would be funded though...

I think the same argument applies to both; a better educated workforce is more productive. This is anything but a radical idea.

I suppose it depends on your perspective. I view access to health care as a basic human right. I don't view post secondary education as a basic human right. Health care impacts your ability to survive. Education impacts your quality of life. Both important, but there's a distinction to be made.

I agree that a better educated work force is good for the whole. No argument there
