They are either Girl Scout cookie or northern lights I had 4 seeds from bags 1 male one died and one is in week 2 of veg and well u seen pics of the last seed I had.i have 72" tent 11" light so I have a total of 5 feet total of grow space and with the pot and play I'm at 18 inches so I'm gonna wait till there 24 inches that would leave about 24 " to stretch...?i did some Lst training also last night so they should be able to let them veg about another month I think

I have a lot of preflower so I'm just more worried about space....
Some of these folks may not be around given how old the thread is. Started in 2007.

If your dealing with Northern Lights or GSC either should be indica dominant which is a bonus with your height.
I think your on to a reasonable plan at the height you were already thinking.
If your adequately lit (as you are) and keep your light close you shouldn't have much issue with your plan as it is. If they get out of control you can manipulate the branches to suit your space.

Yes sir she has been tied down twice I checked this morning before work and they had already turned up again so it shouldn't be long .If I'm wanting to clone should I start them before I flip to 12/12

This can be strain dependant, as well as light dependant. As some strains can stretch upto three times the height they are before the switch. With the general rule of thumb being to have the light between 18 and 24 inches above the canopy or top most part of the tallest plant, you should work out the maximum height you would want your plants to reach, and divide that by three. Then once your plants reach that height, you should flip to 12/12.
