This dude at the fair grounds has a street light in a store room he's going to give me or it's indoor hps light. hopefuly its hailgen. If it is, you think my cabby is to small for that hailgen light. Im try to get all colors of the spectrum. I would only need that if i had a room, but im still going to get it even if its not hailgen

No no on the halogen! It emits way to much heat without much positive light for the plants. If its hps then hell yeah.

the HPS has all the spectrum that is needed! it has red/orange and if you get the extra blue then it is also got the somewhat blue as well. And really thats it. You don't need the green spectrum so nothing to worry about.

Mine are about 10'' but there is the glass tube there in, so i guess there about a foot away. After all that work yesterday it was still geting up to 86f degrees. So today i took my cool light exaust fan and added bigger more powerful fan, and the main exaust out the side i added another fan. Its two fan there like a turbine thats also my filter. I think it will work. Here is a diagram.
Don't put the fans in line like that. Put them side by side for more effective movement. One will just push or pull the other, and it's a waste of energy and can create more heat.
So far its 79/80 degrees. I know its a little stretched but thats not my fault, it was like that when I found it outside.
Don't worry about that. Once it starts getting good light (you may have to slowly lower the light, even tropical sun-loving corals can be burned if introduced too quickly to strong MH lighting) it will grow properly.

 And the dead ones are looking DEADDDDDD....

I'm just hoping that they weren't started too late for a good harvest. I've just learned about mycorrhizal fungi and seen some side-by-side studies and comparisons of plants planted without, and with a dose of these fun guys, and DAMN. I gotta get ME somma dat!

Yeah i've heard some great stuff about those little buggers! Have you ever tried Hydrogen peroxide? I used it and honesly think it works great! My roots were rediculous when i transplanted them!

No, I haven't.. well, wait, that's not quite true. I've used it in aquatic applications, for stressed fish and inverts.

Sea maiden which fans, the exuast ones are the filter exaust turbine. Thats were I'm haveing trouble at is the exausting system. "Quick Batman to the drawing table" I put the exaust and the intake on the same side, maybe i can correct that. Something is not right cause the heat is not escaping. Could be that the filter is to thick. I think I'm going to take the filter apart, turn the fan around and cool that top part to make it into a clone chamber. For the exaust just duct those two fans straight up. I think that should work. Never Mine BatMan, you suck. No you don't I promise to go see your movie.:eyesmoke:

Hey the top fan leaves are geting back to the dark green from the outer edges. Is that normal? The bottom leaves, not the sprouting leaves but the next ones up are loseing there green and turning yellow. Is that normal? If you need a pic just ask.
