and your thin as a rail? I think I hate you. lol. Dinner sounds very tastySpaghetti and Meatballs from scratch. The meatballs have basil, parmesan, garlic, breadcrumbs and parsley. The sauce is a regular marinara with Italian sausage and ground beef.
Are the shrimp in prep for your southern trip?
It's all in the portions. I had a large salad (no dressing just salt, pepper and a little lemon juice). I had a half cup of noodles with a half cup of sauce.
No passport needed if one travels by air over Canada. Also, the Alaska Marine Highway does the trip from Bellingham Wa. & provided there are no stops in Canada (mostly there are not), then again no PP required.
