fondue.. we eat fondue 2 or 3 times a week once the weather starts to cool down. its awesome winter food, 10 year old gouda, sour pinot grigio and a growler of local hoppy beer.

Black Pudding with chunky artisan bread, caramelized apple, crisped parma ham, melted mature cheddar cheese & mixed dressed leaves. BOOOOOM

I'm hittin the sushi rolls with some crablegs...not Alaskan, but still killer in hot butter.
...and I'll ruin it with some fried cheese sticks and ranch.
