yeah, simple, break off the 2 power leads on a ext. cord leaving on the ground, plug in your plant. Pretty easy. then buy 1 of these http://www.biowaveindustries.com/mini.htm and you should have a %50 yield increase.

If we are trying to simulate the outdoors indoors, putting Earth Ground to your plants makes a bit of sense.
It would work with hydro too.
I remember years ago some myth about tying tomato to metal stakes with panty hose.

Hmmm, seeing the video was fascinating. I have a multi-meter. I wonder if I could replicate the results of his first shot... where he gets a reading on the soil itself, followed by a change in touching the plant. Which isn't to say that any of this stuff is needed to grow or produce a healthy plant or buds, just interesting.

I think there could be something to it. Think about it. Not saying there is but could be. If you complete a circuit and discharge any static electricity it could possibly protect the beneficial bacteria and who knows that what it does with the salts and minerals in the soil. I have seen stranger things. It is easy enough to try. Just hope no one sees it.

I ground a portion of my flower room, and do see the difference. Not sure I can taste or sense it, but it is obvious. I've always done this for some hippie reason. The ones connected to the "ground" finish faster and show more growth at night time. I don't need to understand it, but I think its got something to do with the earth's messages to plants, a proven web of communications using electricity in the dirt(silica) ground. Mine is a simple box with female plugs on it that is drilled through the floor and spiked to the ground with wires from the dirt pots plugged into it. Walking barefoot daily has been shown to have health benefits, maybe related? I did it first to see the difference, and I did, so I didn't stop. a pain in theass it would be to do all the garden though, so never did. if people pay their asking price, and get what they wanted, who am I to say it's "too much" ?
