What happens after the bust?

Oh, they were such beautiful plants!

I read and ignored the warnings here: grow amongst others and you'll get caught. Knowing I was smarter than that, I forged ahead.

I'm still trying to fathom where I went wrong? Was the 7' Gorilla tent that big? The fans that loud? The smell so lemony delicious?

I suppose it doesn't matter why, I just ask how do I save my plants? Any advice before they're chopped up into bits and flushed?

How exactly did you "grow amongst others?"

You know, I thought I was slick... Undetectable.

Personal closet grow. A closet nobody cares to ever look in until you don't want somebody looking.

What bust? Parents? Cops? Friends?

Do you share the place you live? I'd love to offer advice but it's pretty difficult if you don't define the "bust."

I'd say do a cab grow, but you're already using a tent.

Try to compromise and see if she'll let you finish your grow. See if you can keep it in the basement or somewhere that no one goes. She's your wife, so you two should be able to work this out. Maybe get her in on understanding the actual plant. You could certainly stealth it, but I feel it should be worked out instead of making an extra effort to hide them again. What's the worst that can happen at this point?

I can not see how a person can grow in a house without everyone that lives there knowing about it. How you gonna hide a grow from your loved ones?

Are you growing for you or for a retail situation?

Sorry man, that's what happens when you grow in a place where non-approving people live. :/ Your only (good) option at this point is to come clean and try to get her to understand why you want to grow... not continue to hide it. Plus, there is absolutely no way in hell you would have been able to hide it from her around harvest time.

Say your Sorry and don't do it again.

tell who ever it is that you need to take care of yourself and be healthy , and that marijuana does just that !

Show them a few of the excellent documentaries on Youtube highlighting the history of Cannabis prohibition and the truth about the medical uses that are being discovered more every day. Let them know it was just "outlawed" since 1937 and prior to that, Cannabis was everywhere, legally. It's only illegal because of greed, money, politics, racism and control. Not to mention profit for prisons, law enforcement, drug testing center, big pharma, etc.

Whoever has a problem after that, tell them to smoke a bowl and relax.

Well you could find some way around this, and continue to grow without her knowing I'm sure. And you might be in the warmth of hercompany for many years to come while you secretly get cheesed on the patio? The company would be good, but at what cost man? You'd be sacrificing your honest feelings of interest for something, and even though it be illegal I encourage you to be one with yourself, and have no reletivity in the way you reveal things to your loved ones because this the start of a bland, and tastless life where you wondered "what if" until you found yourself in a dramatic situation almost similar to that cheesy movie where the ghost of Xmas past took the guys life away, and he was all like "I want my family back!" except your screams will certainly be silent. BUCK UP!

This is obviously a war of hearts, minds and preconceptions, I would take the path of intellect and reason, sit down with your good lady and walk and talk her through it.

Spanish scientists have recently proven without a doubt that THC is an effective cure for certain types of cancer as well as a PREVENTATIVE, I am sure the name Rick Simpson is a name most are familiar with, I had the chance to openly the question him on a call in radio show and he certainly believes what he says. Should that not be enough Spanish scientists have proven its use through validated and supposedly peer reviewed experimentation.

A few members of my family have died from cancer in the last decade and if I had an alternative then they would have jumped at the chance at another day with loved ones.

This is a no brainer, do you trust a drug company that attempts to isolate nature to facilitate patents for profit and has billions to spend on promoting disinformation that benefits their potential profit margins or do you trust in the mother of all creation to supply the solutions.

I hope my 2 cents worth have offered some solutions.

Erm how about you tell her you like to smoke n grow weed and she can either accept it or fuck off? lol

yeah, i had that situation. find a friend or family member you trust that owns a home. see if you can convince them with a little profit-sharing venture.

I say you should be honest to your wife. Tell her you like smoking weed and with you growing it yourself it does not only save you money it also keeps you away from drug dealers. Tell her she should give weed a try, explain all the medicinal qualities and the fact that it is better for you than alcohol. This advice is pro bono.
