seems like the number of credible small diode panel mfrs is shrinking

bml/fluence
calilightworks
AT?
add to those:
Osram Zelion
NextLight
Tall Trees
SunCloak
chiLED

It seems like there are indeed several companies who are utilizing single-diodes. Keep in mind that only a few years ago, ALL LEDs were single diode and the greater portion of those lights were the ubiquitous, Chinese-made 'blurple" fixtures -most of which likely came from the same factory and distributed under many different names. So, to my observation, it seems like there are more credible companies than ever who are utilizing single diodes.

I would have snaked some tie wire through there..I lost my triangle hangars on a couple lights n had to make my own...but I would be pissed too if I ordered a light that cost 1400 and had to do that...hopefully the OP gets taken care of .
from my perspective, illumitex gave me the refund and made good. the company could have been more straightforward though, and they dragged out the process way longer than necessary. lack of communication and technical support was a problem. this left me with no usable grow equipment and with my investment tied up in the illumitex arrays, it created a financial situation where I couldn't get my grow started with other equipment. I really think that this company is set up to fulfill large scale contracts. I'm just interested in making sure that the information is available to other small scale growers so they can make an informed decision about whether or not to enter a business relationship with this company.

And based on purpbuz's input on the NS, it seems like the design of their lowest end model may have some serious shortcomings in comparison to their higher end arrays. this also makes me think that this company isn't ideal to supply small scale consumers and medical growers, although definitely a worthwhile option to consider for people with larger personal grows interested in their newer high end fixtures, or commercial operations.

You're being too kind; if they accepted your order they need to take care of you, large customer or small makes no difference.

Yeah agree with ttystikk... U gave em 2400...thats probably 3x the average led order...theyre like 5-6 extremely reputable led companies on this site that would bend over backwards 4u
