Looks like you've got a nice grow goin. How do you like using AN sensi Conniseur? I saw your also using a few other of their products do you find the sensi doesn't have everything you need or? I'm using their 3 part on my current DWC grow with nothing else aside from some Hydroguard cuz I don't have chiller and temps tend to run a bit high. I was thinking about trying the 2 part just to save a little time with my mixing etc. I didn't T know if the 3 part had more stuff in it or why they have several variants of a base Nute

I used AN 2 part grow and bloom last run and was happy with it. Just experimenting to see if the additional supplements help any. And yes I am using hydroguard as well since I dont use a chiller either. The two plants I am growing now havent tolerated more than 1/4 strength nutes while in veg. We shall see what they will eat in bloom.

Are you using the conniseur or regular sensi? i think I'm gonna try the 2 part conniseur next grow and see how It compares to 3 part. Having one less product to mix sounds good to me.

You will always have to adjust ph. Your swings just wont be quite as wild or fast. Maybe if you were running full strength, but none of the plants I have run, have been able to handle full strength. 50% at the most.

I haven't adjusted my PH at all during my entire grow and never had an issue. That's why they call it perfect ph. I eve. Talked I the guy over at advanced and he explained why you don't adjust the ph. I forgot the specifics but made sense to me at the time. Maybe the sensi is different but I thought I read I. The web site that it was like the 3 part I. That way

20160725_200419.jpg Well with 3 gal of water that starts at PH of 7 and using 1/4 strength grow a&b and 1/4 strength of bud candy, voodoo, and piranha, my ph is at 6.8....so I have to adjust down to 5.6 and for the first 1-3 days it will climb up to 6.2 or so. Once I get it up to 1/2 strength, and I adjust down, it tends to have less fluctuations. But for those first 3 weeks, I have to check it every day. But they are looking good for now.

You use bud candy during Veg? I've used that and big bud but only during flowering. I get what your saying about your ph and using lower strength amounts but you think if it's ph perfect shouldn't matter how much your using right? I guess I was givig my plants pretty much a full dose or whatever the bottle says to from the get go. But I havent checked my ph at all so it could be outta whack but I think my plants would tell me. the AN guy was telling me the ph perfect will keep ph in a certain range not rt at 5.8 like your used to but it's ok because the plant is absorbing different Nutes at different levels so that's why it doesn't matter what the ph level is. Or somethin like that. I might have just lucked out and have a resilient strain IDK. I was curious because I don't wanna switch to the sensi and have to mess with ph.

Im in flower now. Switched over Friday night. I like a PH fluctuation. That allows me to get the best nutrient uptake in all ranges. Get a PH tester and ppm meter. They will make a difference for you. Some bud from my last grow, which was really my first real attempt.View attachment 3741607 View attachment 3741608
I don't check ph because of the Nutes I'm using.thats whole reason I use that formula. However I do have a PH/TDS meter I use it right before Harvest when Run just plain water and every now and again when mixing up solution for my soil. And use my tds meter to check Nute strength throughout the week. Them buds look tasty. What strain?

I think I'm done cutting on her. I might go ahead and scrog her out a little to fill my space. I also got 5/5 clones to root from my first topping. Each clone was less than an inch when sacrificed!

So I'm vegging my next run and since I'm running 3 different strains in one tent I decided to try manifolding the two stretchiest.
I would like some advice on the next step. Plants are 40 days old.
The first and bushier is maple leaf x black domina
The second lankier looking one is gth#1.
Sorry about crappy pics. The last pic, the gth#1, is at the same stage as the ml x bd but not as bushy.
Thank you in advance.

40 days? What kind of light are you using?

They're under sunblaster T5 HO's 4 x 35w.
Being a newb I popped my next beanz a little too early so when the seedlings started to take i off decided to take the extra time and mainline them. It worked in the sense that it really slowed them down but now they're staring to take off again. They're gong in with a Tutankhamon and she's a little bush.

Sorry I haven't been in for a while but here's all my girls. Kind of tight on room. And they stretched a bit harsh but I know why now and going to try and get a proper Veg light. Going from CFLs n LEDs for Veg. Into a 600w HPS 12/12 is making them stretch really bad. The only thing I can do for now u til I get a MH for Veg is start them on 12/12 first before I put under the 600w HPS. That may help the stretch some. But here's pics.

First two are of my Afhgani 4Cola girl
Second two are of WWxBB 10 cola. Nebulas method with a clone
Third set of two is WWxBB 8Cola Nugbuckets method from seed.
Last plant is WWxBB 6Cola and is nebulas method and my own twist on it too
Last one is the one I've had in flower for a long time. Going on 15weeks and I'm about to chop it down. It was my failure plants by one turned at dense and really big buds. One beer can bid. Some pics on one of my threads The second is this one and was still Airy so I tried to give it more time and it has new growth getting dense. But now it is Foxtailing and I'm going to chop her down. I've been smoking some tho and it's good stuff even before I cure it. So once it's cured I'm sure it will be way better too

Hi guys and girls, I got a quick question, it's probably totally unrelated to anyone's current grow journal but will hopefully benefit me and maybe others here...

I currently have 4 ladies, each mainlined with 8 colas, and each cola has at least 2 fully developed nodes.

What I want to know is:

Should I start flowering now or is there any benefit to vegging for longer in order to increase the amount of nodes, and in turn the yield?

I currently think I should, but if you could explain why that's a bad idea, or a good one, that would be amazing.

Many thanks
