Putting the horse before the cart can lead to unintended consequences....like shit in the buggy seat.

The first action in the interaction you describe isn't the defensive action of a person defending their right to control their property.
The first action in your example, which you failed to examine, is the person insisting on using force to ensure the interaction.

Race has nothing to do with whether a person should control their own property and not the property of others. A black person has every right to define the use of his own property wouldn't you agree or are you a racist?

no, the black dude just saw the guy's sign from the public highway and figured he sold gas to the public. so he went in tring to buy some gas.

I'm still waiting for my answer about public schools, that he and sons ( maybe wife) attended.

If you are like most of us, you paid property tax for those schools whether you have children or not, you had no choice which school to use and if you didn't send your kids you get arrested or have your children taken from you.

Public schools are a bad argument to use for "good government force". Ours in the states have been declining in world rankings for over 40 years now.
