I fill up a cup with soil. Place the germinated seed on top. Then put a layer of wet coco over that. Then Let it sprout.

Then once the roots fill out the cup I transplant to a 1 gal pot. Then to the sip after that.
Perfect minus the coco that's what has worked better for me, appreciate the input.

They're 20 and 24, I compensate them 1/10oz per hour :) if I get 10 solid hours out of both of them we'll have the whole flip done and the main trim. So 2 oz is what it costs me for someone else to do my job :) I spend $160 per harvest now for lab work. There's just things I've accepted as expenses and I put a high value on my time so that's how I justify it.
