SRSOG #2 aka Serious OG

This is a cross between Cherry Pie and Chemdawg #4.
Details:
Fox Farms Ocean Forest soil
Botanicare nutrients. Pure blend pro grow and bloom.
5 gallon smart pots.
Cloned and vegged under 100 watt led for 3 weeks
Transplanted and vegging under 600 MH
Flower under 1200 watts HPS. I run the iris automation stuff from lowes to control my electrical and timers. It notifies me if a light goes out or the ac doesn't come on, along with other things I've set it to do.
Heres a pic from the first one I grew. More to come!

I don't want my smart pots sitting in the bottom of the trays and Im cheap so I just cut some little spacers from PVC to keep them elevated.

A lot of you have already seen my setup but I gotta post it for completeness!

I'll let them get settled for a week or two before they get caged and flipped. This plant grows fast! All the clones were topped 3 times and Ive even been pinching them to spread them out more.

Very good idea for the spacers...them pots do hold water at the bottom,with that setup,should be nice even drying of the pots..

It just blows straight up to circulate air.

I'll reply to myself I've found I'm happiest aiming the fan straight up because it then mushrooms over and back down the walls and creates a gentle constant rustle in the entire room. I don't like how when you aim a fan straight at them they tend to get pushed over a bit and it's not as distributed.

Thanks for joining guys! I haven't made a thread in a long while and I'm excited about this one.

Just to ramble some more... So when I first grew this plant out with other phenos I only took about 2 grams off each plant during trimming then combined them all together. It was already a multi strain run and I wasn't gonna fuck with separating phenos of the srsog too. It was all good weed, but oh man that #2 was something special. Fuck I only had 2 pure grams and the rest is all combined with about 7 other plants. So when I'm smoking and I'm breaking down the little nugs I know when it's a #2 piece cuz it's so dense and sticky.

So it's funny cuz it all came so fast then went. It was like this amazing magic trick someone shows you and ur like holy shit let me see that again!! And the magician is like sure, just give me 2.5 months. Fuuuuuuudge that's no fun. So then I start doubting the whole thing. Did that really happen? Was I just over reacting? Is it as fucking amazing as I said it is!? Ughhhh I guess I'll find out soon enough! It's also why I didn't have much issue with throwing my current grow outdoors to finish cuz I'm a crackhead to get this one rolling! Ok that's all for now

Sounds like a great strain. Not sure there is much OG in it though.

Watching. The two you gave me are.getting feet in the 10gl pots. Flipping big tent w what's in there today. Then will add another set in three to four weeks. Hopefully will see this finish by Xmas! Lol!

I like to place my fans above the canopy and create a circle.

OG in what sense? Ocean grown? I got that one covered. Old Guy? Got that covered too! Original gangster? Of course! To my knowledge the "other" OG is believed to have chemdawg mixed with it somewhere, prolly the sativa pheno and not the #4 but hey fuck it I'll run with it

These bitches are ready for their cage fight! I had to pick up some new ones since my others are in use in the buckets outside. I'd really recommend them to anyone who's never used them. You'll never hear someone say "I'll never use those fuckin tomato cages again!"

I've been on a steady 8-10 week rotation in my flower room for about 3 years now. By that timeline I shouldn't be flipping these for another 3 weeks but I just don't see it going that long.
I'm gonna really put the pressure on myself and say this will be my BEST grow ever and my biggest harvest

My house will probably burn down tomorrow!
