So I tossed that srs 5 days ago. I immediately replanted a gg4 on that pot. It was lush green. This morning it was horrible. I dug into the soil. I saw most of the red worms were gone. But there was tons of pot worms. So my ph must have been really acidic. That's why the srs did so bad. I don't understand how the ph was out of wack. Being it's the same amended rols soil all the others have. Plus I amended it more.

This morning I added more pureed crab shell meal and oyster shell flour to up the ph. I just checked the soil. All the pot worms are gone. So we'll see in a few days if that gg4 starts doing better.

So it was the ph of the soil that killed the srs. I only had that happen 1 other time after using humic acid last year.

Your plants look beautiful. Do you use blumats or watering wands?
I've wanted to try blumats for awhile. Never pulled the trigger though cuz I don't know what I would do with the res. I'm using these emitters called black holes, with a mondi 1875gph pump. Its plumbed through PVC and goes thru 8 port irrigation heads. I water anywhere from 1-4 gallons twice a day. I mix the nutes in a 5 gallon bucket, drop the pump in to drain it, then take it back out as I don't even have room to leave an extra 5gal bucket in the room :)

I guess if I'm gonna say it, I have to show it or people will be like huh? The clawing of the leaves, you could tell it was close by how dark the green is too. Cal/mag is like pure N so cutting it out should be all I need to do.

I got my one outdoor transplanted into a 15g smart pot. Took a pic and then deleted I guess cuz I don't have it now! She's a mom that I've taken cuts from 2-3 times so she's got about a million branches that are gonna come up. She's 20" tall right now :)
