Should you cut off fan leaves during flower( a simple poll just yea or no please)

Defoliating just for extra yield isn't going to wow you, and IMO, like all things in this hobby there are so many variables. You might end up fucking your shit up if you dont know what your doing. It's very strain dependent from my experience. With that said, some strains you might see a marginal improvement, some none at all and other you might do more harm than good.

I pack in anywhere from 9-16 plants per light. I still defoliate but not for yield, I do it for airflow and like getting my hands on every plant from time to time to scout for bugs or any issues that might arise. So yeah, still defoliating, but getting a better yield has nothing to do with it.

I prune the hell out of my plants too, but don't confuse that with defoliating... two very different things.

Its not that hard. Take 10 clones. Grow them in the same room and strip 5 of them and dont strip the other 5. Then at the end check the weight, quality, density, ease of trimming and whatever traits you desire and see what works best.

The dark period before harvest likely originated from actual agricultural studies (starch to sugar conversion) but somehow got twisted into the "48hr dark period for more THC" bro science we see today.

The only thing it does is shave a day or two off the cure. Thats it.

12 hr dark before lights on will peak your terpenoids. Idk where the 48hr shit came from

Im going to graft tiny tubes into where the leaves used to be and pump the nectar directly into the buds. That should give me at least a 15% yield increase.

If you put airstones directly in your coco you get explosive growth due to the extra oxygen to the roots.

There was an old cannabis farmer, who told his hired help that they had to hang the harvest for three or four days in the dark barn. Didnt mention the fact that he was spending long weekend out of town. The kid told someone and it went from there.lol.
