I'd like to put something together that would get about 8 - 10 ounces with only minor light and supply additions. I've got some ideas, but they will have to wait. I've got family visiting this summer, otherwise I would start it now. Regardless of the success with CFLs, when I move in 11 months my next house will likely have a HID setup. I just need a place to set it up properly.

poppinsmokey i have just finished reading this whole thread and congratulations on the potent bud!.
Ill be starting my first grow very soon but i have one question, you said that you used MG for soil and it realeses nutris over a 90day period?
anyway did u just let the soil do all the nutri work or did you help feed the plants aswell?

Your an inspiration to all CFL growers out there! peace

Great grow! I am now motivated to set up my own closet cab to suppliment another grow op that I have elsewhere.

The more the merrier, ya know?

Well the buds are dry and weight is in a 57 grams. That brings the total for this harvest to 127.8 grams! That exceeded all my expectations. Everything is in jars are curing with one of the jars being the stash I'm smoking out of while the rest cures more properly.

Thank you Garden Knowm for putting "Buds for Less" out there for us to have something to base our grow on. Thanks to all that stopped by this grow offering support and encouragement. Thank you nowstopwhining for talking me out of harvesting early (I still may have been a bit early :mrgreen:). I'm going to go have my Saturday morning smoke now :blsmoke::peace:...

Oh yeah, I almost forgot that against my better judgement I allowed my wife to make a mold of my member to fashion a cake after for a dildo party. The evidence is below :hump:

hey there poppin, i've been keeping up with your grow and congrats on the outcome. badass harvest. I'm going through the same setup but was wondering if you ever experienced small bugs with MG soil. I hear the MG soil was filled with lil bugs but they were nothing to worry about.

I didn't get any buds in my soil. They are still curing. I was blessed with some very low humidity during drying. It took about 5 full days to dry before putting the buds into jars to cure.

have u started smoking the bud yet or are u still letting it cure then smoke?

Mine hung in an environment that was 70 degrees and and 35% humidity. I would imagine that 60% humidity would add a couple of days.

Nice fucking job!

I'm going to make my own cab and use 4" pots and flower at 4-6".

Then I'll start my own journal.

Started with 2, went to 4, onto 8, upto 13 (unmanagable with current setup), finished with 10 for the final 3 weeks or so. I have 14 42 watters. My next CFL grow, and possibly my last (goodbye apartment living!); I'm going to try and use these same lights to pull 8 - 10 ozs.
