Flux - I would recommend following all building codes and township ordinances " they work together".. The main objectives is to get that thing secure, locked, and gets good sunlight inside!.

As to a hoop house I like that idea but that would all depend on your local ordinances take on it. I can tell you one thing, if you have to get a permit for the building you are going to erect - make sure you fill out the permit as to your building being used for agriculture.

Now some people may not even need a permit. It really depends on where you live in the state and how big you plan on building it.

You get going on it Flux and you ain't got no one to help with the labor - let me know. I come free but ya gotta pay for the gas

And as for price I am sure you could build one to get a job done from anywhere between $300 - $100,000,000. A major factor depends on how many permits you need to pull. Also you must think about if any work must be done to the ground before starting. You can put electricity in it if you want but you will not need it.. many many factors for the pricing- Keep it simple, Keep it cheap but not too cheap ya know.

Im convinced, I thought you were a dumbass stoner kid at the start of this thread, and I still do.

well continue to think like that and let's see where it gets you. I agree I am a stoner dumbass punk kid

and now the guys on RIU know that a dumb punk ass stoner kid got the word out of michigans finest crooked growers - " way to keep your teams spirits up"! - you indeed are the brightest little star yet!

I am sorry if you do not know how building codes and such work fletchy, but we wanna be as legal as we can.

probo24 - here are some thoughts

you are just like the others. take a fucking microscope to the law too. and when your done with it stick it in your ass. I can also tell you I will never see as many asses as you have kissed to get you were you are today!

I bring to the table a spark from the other side you seem not to like at all..I am sorry you feel you are the next one that feels like he has the authority to whine about my ways.. thanks for sharing.

I am sorry that we do not all have the ability to grow marijuana, but still we should not let people like you and your great city council lead the way

and remember probo- only you mind the med-grow part of it.. because yes I do what I want and it is not all legal. that is why it is very important to keep it about the med-grow.. Because I am sure the other shit I do will blow your mind.. and is not meant for you

k
I apologize for missing your reply, please let me respond.
I don't need a microscope to count to 12 or 2.5oz.
I have never kissed ass, nor ever sucked the prison dicks you will if you're ever popped.
As far as city councils go, and how you got the notion i agree with any of them, i have no idea, in fact
i dare say i'm pretty anti city council when it comes to the MM law. Actually, i'm 100% pro majority.
You bring no sparks from the other side, you bring a dullness, and denseness that can be spotted
a mile away. It's kind of a mute point when you yourself admit to being illegal.
What kind of dumbass tries to hide behind a law, and in the same sentance, admits to breaking it?
Whining is something children like you do, intelligent conversation is what i bring.
Questioning my ability to grow proves the above point kiddo. You need only know i don't
need anyone to grow my weed for me. Unlike you, i'm a legal patient without the need
of a caregiver who has grandiose ideas, and equally high opinions of those ideas.
I especially enjoied the crap about things you do blowing my mind, or any other mind.
I've got a lot of years on you kiddo, you shouldn't base your whole life on assuming you are the be all
end all, at what eighteen, or nineteen? I've probably got socks older than you.
You're setting yourself up for a life of disappointment when you claim to have the world, or the people
in it figured out five years after you finish puberty.
You obviously have no idea where i stand on anything, not that you would, or should, but you also shouldn't
assume you do.
Everything in your post is dead wrong, i hope you don't make the same mistakes in the real world.
If you do, don't cry. You weren't warned.

pobo - if ya really don't kiss alot of ass I appoligize for saying you did.

As for you guys and your intellectual talk - yea that ain't my cup of tea. I like to just get to the point. So all that real heavy conversation shit I will leave for all of you to have on other forums

Truth is.. most you fu--ers bore me so bad within 2 sentances that I cannot finish em anyway. yea I like simple. I cannot even go into a lenthy coversation about my grow room because shit it's just a couple lights and mylar... where is you guys can make journals and such with your endless need for long drawn out shit... to me it's 2 lights and mylar but what you guys seem to see is very funny to me.

sorry we are so diffrent probo, but I do appreciate your concern of my well being if I ever go to jail your too kind.

Just a thought, I think I remember reading on this thread in the earlier pages that you owned the plants. I was under the impression that the patient owns the plants, and the caregiver is precisely that, giving care to the plants. So if a patient wants to switch caregivers, they can take their plants with them to another caregiver. Thus the need to document each plant and who its intended for. Did I misunderstand this?

Well I do not know how the law reads on that sheapdog - but the way I do it here is they are my plants, and I provide medicine.

I know alot of critics are going to think it's unlawfull. It might be unlawfull to think that way but that's the only way I am in.

IF I thought like I was talking care of someone elses plants - I would have no joy in growing them. So again ain't no one ever taking my plants - I have worked to hard to hand my hobby over - just like that.

It's would be like raising someone elses kid.. who the fuc would wanna do that for pennies?

May be an illigal attitude to have.. but that's just how I was built. Those are my babies.lol

I will always let the patient know that right up front and clear as day. They will know damn well before we even get going that those are mine. That is some sort of payment for me that money cannot buy, that I get outta this whole care-giver deal.

If I could not find joy with my hobby, I would almost have to charge top dollar for it's flower

Thus I will have my patient covered with his 2.5 oz free smoke for the whole year in a snap. Getting him right out of my picture for a whole year! All plants grown indoor in the winter will be all mine - to say the least.

I know alot of critics are going to think it's unlawfull. It might be unlawfull to think that way but that's the only way I am in.

At least you gave this thread an honest title.
It's been a reality check reading this thread.
You remind me of the guy working behind the counter at Mcdonalds
with the "what the fuck do you want and why are you bothering me" attitude toward customers.
Only you're an illegal prick instead of just a prick.

probo24 - unlike your simple mind, mine is always going - my plans change daily until I set them in stone. I guess the truth be known I grow dope both legal and illegaly.

But remember you just mind anything I ever say that might be legal - alright. Because you are a simpleton and I can see the illagal shit - you take to heart.

probo24 - I can outgrow your dumbass anyday of the week with a bottle of miracle grow - so go read the law and come back with a picture of your shit.

I will also admit probo24 - that I probly do grow more dope then you do in a year with 2 outdoor plants. So yea I have lots and lots of what you might call "overages". I am sorry that you feel the way you do but thats your "reality check"

probo - my patients will still never have to pay and or if they do for some reason, it won't be much. And yes it can be done legally no mateer how I chose to do that! I have many options you know.

whats up is i read the first two pages of this, and couldnt believe there was 10 pages in this thread. i would like to reply with a cool story bro. ultimately, you talk a good one, but no one really cares about your many options, or what you are going to do. go sell your story to your patients, because free meds to patients regularly, and things like medibles, isnt a new thing in michigan.

edited to add:
and for the purpose of clarification of legality, if you do outdoor, which is what you say you are going to do, and you only have 1 patient, which you said you only have, and also you yourself hold no card, the moment you chop and dry over 2.5oz and have it on hand it is illegal.

in all honesty it is difficult to take anything you say seriously, because you apparently do not grow weed, and in all actuality sound like someone who is just pissed, because he has to get weed off someone who actually does grow it, and you arent happy about the prices you have to pay. so how is that for your reality check?

No shit!! This thread along with many in the Mich forum is another 10 pages of shit!
Mines bigger than yours blah blah, lets have a pissing match.
I too have to question if half these people even know how to grow weed, seems to me all they do is post worthless thread after worthless thread trying to start shit with someone they have never even met.
I've always found that the poeple who feel the need to brag and boast are usually full of shit.
Oh well, keep on floodin the market with shit boys, it makes it that much better for the few who actually have some know-how.

I did not know that Michigan did fly overs.

BAY CITY — A Mount Morris man facing federal drug charges accepted a plea deal after prosecutors agreed to allow his wife to plead to lesser charges, authorities say.
Rocky R. Corlew on Wednesday pleaded guilty to conspiracy to manufacture 100 or more marijuana plants, possession with intent to deliver marijuana and delivery of marijuana, according to documents on file in U.S. District Court in Bay City.

The 33-year-old defendant will be sentenced to at least eight years in prison when he appears before District Judge Thomas L. Ludington at 2:30 p.m., June 9.
Corlew’s wife, Cory A. Corlew, pleaded guilty to maintaining a drug house and aiding and abetting.

Cory Corlew, 30, could face 37 to 46 months in prison, court records show. A sentencing date is pending.

In 2009, the couple and four codefendants allegedly cultivated, harvested and processed about 1,400 marijuana plants.

Agents from the Strike Team Investigative Narcotics Group arrested the Corlews and Michael R. Szemites, 33, of Roscommon, after an Oct. 13, 2009, raid that netted about $500,000 worth of marijuana from property in Roscommon County.

Investigators claim that starting in the spring of 2008, the suspects grew marijuana, earmarked for sale in Flint, out of a Nester Township home that was modified to accommodate the cultivation of young plants.

Larger plants were transplanted in a swampy area of private property that the owner uses for hunting and seldom visits, detectives have said. Authorities discovered the crop of about 1,300 plants during a flyover.

Agents seized the plants, about $1,400 and paraphernalia used to grow, cultivate, harvest and process marijuana.

Officers also confiscated several weapons including Mossberg and Remington .22-caliber rifles, Savage Arms 20-gauge shotgun, Remington .30-06 rifle, and Marlin, Remington and Winchester 12-gauge shotguns.

In January, federal court officials issued a superseding indictment adding three more suspects: David W. Howard of Flint, Christopher A. Threet of Metamora and Eric L. Schweikert of Flint.

Szemites, Howard and Schweikert have an April 20 plea deadline. Threet’s charges are pending.

Thanks MsBBB for that info.

Marijuana is usually given a bad rap when Greed is activley practiced. Goes for all things

Let that be a wake-up call to all those who wanna solve their problems rel quick - Growing marijuana plants in higher then needed numbers can bring on more pain then ever imagined.

If your growing legal - use your heads people. Do not let greed take your lives.

Thats a big problem - There are alot of dumb people growing weed.

One more thing to all the hic haters on RIU - I have decided not to let the thread die yet. It will help remind me of who is dumb. - Mr, Limpet you have made the dumb list F.Y.I.
