if 5 million yuppies want an iphone and apple makes 2 million instead of 1 million, is the price going to drop?

Trees are an excellent comparison. The deforestation of the rain forest... does it affect lumber prices here in the US?

Like oil, trees are a finite commodity, when you make more available, the price of lumber goes down. You can argue how harmful it is, you can argue over the fact that we are burning through limited resources, but what you can't do is claim the supply doesn't have any effect on price as London tried to do.

I'm standing by my stance that oil is a limited source. I'm standing by the risk of totally fucking up our environment. I'm standing by we need to get off of oil dependency PERIOD. I'm standing by you seem upset about our last discussion about Public schools.
Do you drive?

If so, stfu.

Deflect much???
Change the subject, no, not Bucky...lol
i am not deflecting at all. i am keeping the focus directly on liars.

you used the washingtonpost as your arbitrator of truth. obviously if the washingtonpost says it is a lie, it is a lie.

so what does the washongtonpost say about your (and david duke's) theory that global warming is a hoax?

what kind of a liar do you have to label yourself as by that same standard?

That is quite a stretch even for you, this is a stale post, but carry on.
how is that a stretch?

you called obama the "prevaricator in chief" using the washingtonpost as your arbitrator of truth.

since the washington post calls lying dummies like you much worse, then you have to accept that designation as well. you can't just pick and choose what to believe out of your source, either they are a trusted source or they are not.

so either you are a bigger liar and dumbass than the "prevaricator in chief" or obama is not a prevaricator.

your choice, really. but i can hang you by your own words in a ,illion different ways. you are a dumbass no matter what.

It is really quite simple, either Obama lied or he did not.
This has nothing to do with me.
Sorry to confront you with the brutal reality of this specific issue.
Wavels has nothing to do with it.

it does now.

either the washingtonpost is a trusted source and you are a bigger liar than the lyingest liar who ever lied, or the washington post is full of shit and your condemnation of obama rings hollow.

you choose, shit for brains.

What would happen to the price if they made 10 million and only 5 million wanted one?

You gave an example where supply still wasn't meeting demand, we haven't seen that with oil since the 70's.

yes I drive, but it does not mean I want to be dependent on oil. We have the technology to run hydro cars, but again greed disallows production. People like you make this world a sad place.
No, we don't. There is no delivery mechanism for hydrogen. If you have a hydrogen car, you better stay very close to the handful of fueling stations in the world.

Do you know how Hydrogen is manufactured? Usually with a hydrocarbon (methane) precursor. It is derived from fossil fuel. It can be manufactured from water, but not economically.

dude you are contradicting yourself in your own post. and we do have technology to run hydrogen cars. Try Google..best way for you to learn something is looking it up.

Get an H2 powered car.
you missing the point dumbass. Hydrogen cars are all ready here with Japan leading the way. People like you keep technology from bringing it into mass production. Your beloved oil barrens don't want to see it happen, so the first thing they said is "it can't be done. Now it's the cost is too high. STFU and get out the way.

Google hydrogen infrastructure. Maybe you will get it. Probably not, though.
