Redirects and bullshit is all you got cheese. I want ZERO government regulation, and to allow the private market to regulate itself.

All that bullshit regulation you just posted, is thanks to people like you, because I would never make any of it law, ever.

I'd do the same to all industry in this country, so fuck off with putting your words in my mouth, you want the regulation and are a prohibitionists by your own damn words.

This is why I gnerally ignore you, because every post of yours is literally the same shit. Even buck mixes what flavor of shit he throws each day.

Well then problem solved. The rest of us will enjoy the "microbrews".
Like in Arizona?

An Arizona judge yesterday ruled that medical marijuana patients in that state essentially do not have the right to grow their own medicine anymore.Judge Katherine Cooper in Maricopa County (yes, that Maricopa County) made the decision yesterday in response to two men filed a challenge to rules in the 2010 medical marijuana laws saying that patients could only grow their own if they lived more than 25 miles from a dispensary.

There's over 100 pages on alcohol in Colorado too. Should they not sell that?

There are thousands of pages in the ACA. Should they not have done that?
Funny you should mention alchohol because 99.9% of us cannot afford to sell that either and it took 45 years from the end of prohibition to 1978 before you could brew it at home

You still cannot make whiskey at home though

I like microbrews.. wine, beer, and mj
I grow berries and grapes for wine, hops for beer, and just what works well for me in mj

Making compost is fun too...wish i could throw uncle Buck into the tumbling barrel. I know he is so full of sheet I'd have a sweet batch.

true, but that is legal.
just wish my grow was legal too.

At this time in history, legal mj growing is just on a wish list.
I can dream tho.....
it took 45 years for homebrewing to become legal in some states and it wasnt until last year it became legal in all states
Big Beer made sure it was hard to get into the brewing business and I am sure Big tobacco will do the same with weed

Plus weed isnt tomatoes (which are regulated by the USDA and FDA) The goverment isnt going to let anyone just sell weed.
Dont believe me?
Start reading the 136 pages of legislation in Colorado in regards to selling marijuana
