newbie starting a grow

yeah i want to do scrog but am now thinking against it since its my first indoor grow and want to see the beauty in more of a natural state.
might do a little of the main lining and tie it to a tomato cage. so easy to change ideas i want awesome yield but would like to see he beauty.

You're gonna have a real nice short bush there!

yeah i am not sure what to think of it. from what i have read no stretch is good.
i want the highest yield possible without taking months to veg.
we will see i say i am doing one thing then keep switching ideas in my head.
being so short it is pushing fan leaves into the dirt.

I only vegged for 30 days, and if I had had more lights, mine would not be as tall as she is, but I still could have done the LST'ing I have.
I only had my 98w of veg lights until early January I think, then I added another 200w.

i figure i want a finish plant between 2 and 3 feet tall so will probably just veg til its between 12-18 inches tall.
i hate to say i will not get impatient but time will tell.
i do have an auto pineapple express seed i am interested in seeing take off.

purple may be deficiency. watch and see if it spreads.

it has been on the underside of the leaves since the first node.
i have read/told that before but the way the plant is growing i find it hard to believe.
not saying its not possible. its only 18 days out of ground in ffof soil so not really sure what it could be deficient from day one.
only thing i can think of is cooler temps at night (15 degree drop at night) bringing out the color in strain.

Mine is only 29" from the soil............

its so deceiving in pictures to me it looks closer to 3 ft.

that's alright, as disappointed as I am with my dwarfed dirt dwellers, I'm really happy with my first hempy grow.....I think I'm hooked

Different strokes for different folks.
if there was only one way to do it then that would bore us all.

i topped livea 6 days ago. really taking off.
first picture shows it 6 days ago.
i topped at 2nd node she has 3 main stems.
in the 2nd pic you can see one stem the one with the funky leaf has split into 2 colas.
3rd and 4th pics are the 1st node
5th pic is 2nd node with only 1 stem.(it is alternating but only 1 on there from mistakes i think)
last 2 show it in 3 gallon pot. this is day 20 out of ground.
will wait another week or 2 transplant to 5 gallon pail. wait another week then flower.
looking at flowering in 2-3 weeks.

the pineapple express seed i thought i had was an auto.
but checked it out again today its a g13 PE which is not an auto.
should be a good outdoor strain seeing how it grows to be a medium to tall plant.
will veg inside for 1-2 months then put out for the summer.

I heard G13 Pineapple Express is the real deal. =)

i would like to think so! i am gonna top to get 4 main colas veg as long as i can than put outside hoping for a 6-8 foot bushy tree.
i own 5 acres out in the sticks with only one house in sight.

Sounds ideal.

been a few days and does it ever keep growing.
its as wider than the pot at its widest spot between 9-10 inches.
its 4.5 inches tall. starting to get really bushy and fill out the under growth.
the 5th one shows my fan blowing across the canopy and lights.
this is day 22 since it popped out of the ground.
my nutes are supposed to be here today.
watered on day 21. might water with 1/8 strength nutes next water which will be 3 or 4 days.
the fox farms ocean forest seems to be doing a great job would recommend it to anyone.
