My neighbor called the cops

In my opinion growing mj is not the act of a criminal unless it is being done for the sole purpose of monotary gain. The first time I got arrested with a qp in 1978 with three other people in the vehicle. I made claim at the vehicle to keep everyone else from getting involved but later declined any statement. The bail was set at $60 and I declined that also. I yip yap and had fun with everyone while I was locked up. A week later I went for a show cause hearing and the judge wanted to know the other three peoples involvment in the incident. The others had long gone as even I was a transient. That leaving doubt that the substance may have belonged to one of the other persons. I was discharged and I got $21 cash for serving 7 days. This was not the last time I've been discharged because of unusual circumstanses where the police left to many loose ends. I was arrested last year and I was told that I wasn't eligible for legal aid because there wasn't any danger of me being incarcerated for the mj

It's also a federal crime and within a month he will get fucked. No need to call, power company usually does their meter checks once a month and when it wont scan from the truck they'll check

I'm a prick? I'm sry wasn't the problem a neighbor that calls 911 for every noise in the neighborhood? You're suggestion is to hope and pray nothing happens or to not grow at all. I'm giving a simple suggestion of how to get the police interested in his neighbor instead of himself. And do you question this based on illegality or morality? If its an illegal grow than I think we waved them in the beginning. And Mr Ganja you may disagree with my input but don't come out tossing insults especially of intelligence, my masters in electrical engineering out ways your knowledge of growing all day sunshine

There is no fucking law against my 100% legal plants being dank... They want to come back I'll see what they want and if they don't have a warrant I'll tell them to leave. I'm a medical grower in full compliance my city hasn't set up any regulatory laws against marijuana, I only care about the fact that I know I should be controlling my smell more when I live so close to a school, even though only my 60 year old neighbor and people at my felt door when its harvest time. Well said dude. Defend yourself! Be polite to police (unless they are beating you), but I wouldn't show any cop anything without a warrant (even if I was related to them - my uncle is police and I don't trust him at all).

Am sure they're trying to play connect the dots.. namely the typical cop-type mentality where a grow op = selling = drug house = influence on kids = bad .. only thing I could guess at.

Like I said. How about those future garage sales at his house? Those he lists on craigslist? You know - antiques, collectibles, antique car parts, tools (lots of tools of all kinds).

Even though he asks in the ad for "No early birds" they show up anyway and with the sale starting at 0600 they will be at his door at 0500 telling him why they must be early. So damned many people show up for those things. Pity.

He doesn't put the craigslist ad in until after midnight so those early birds don't hit him up on Friday night. You know what I mean?

I never understood why being next to a school matters with an indoor grow. If they think children will be breaking in to steal bud then I think the problem is people raising kids who would break into a home. Laws are band-aids that punish those who follow them. Its like saying you can't own a gun or have a script of oxy.

No pretty much it's whining. Or sniveling. He knew this ahole neighbor so again (maybe because I'm 60+ and have grown since 1964) I ask "Why" when he knew this guy was an ahole who would roll on him? But I'm trying to help him out here. My old man raised me with the back of his hand and I went from home to the USMC so forgive me being brusque at times.

Dude! Are you for real? Drug free zones. Weapons free zones. No bullying (har de har har). 15 MPH or HEAVY fine. Now, ask yourself that question again but leave out the moral issue in it. Look at what the law says. Right or wrong, misguided or not. It's the law!!!! Jesus no wonder jails are full.

Weapon free zone? that means you cant carry on school poperty not that you cant have one in your home haha

This poor guy that got me fired because I said "Motherf&$#^&r" aloud in an OR one day - he had them every weekend. For a year. He had signs made "Ad in error - no sales here". People still came and knocked all day wondering if he had anything left after the sale was over. He finally listed the house and moved.
