After reading a few threads/ articles on foxtailing, I found that most guys say it's just adding to weight, but for what it is, makes more of a hassle trimming IMO than the benefit of adding to the weight.

Yeah it is more of a hassle, and the foxtails I had were kinda thin. The plant I have now is getting those thick foxtails

Surprised you have been bombed with comments form people that have never grown 12/12 from seed telling you how its a waste of time and makes small plants. I laugh when I hear that and then see my 40" lemons skunks plumping up fat as hell.

My autobub is doing it now in what I'd like to think is her final week. I feel like based on just how it's happened for me twice so far, it's that plant giving it one final spurt. My autobub is really started to lump up with the onset of her foxtails. My temps are right never above 80 tho, so I don't think it's due to heat stress..
Im not sure tho just my current thoughts bas on what I'm seeing
