HC really dislikes when MPs get involved. I know this for a fact.
That said, not sure if still impacts the process.

Can u please elaborate on your comment...knowing for a fact?
I heard it straight from their mouth on a speakerphone.
"I see here that you contacted your local MP and they've started inquiring about your file. I'm going to have to ask you to refrain from doing that moving forward."

Bye the way how is status on your app...question was your mp conserative or opposition?
It's not my app, I just know the guy in charge of dealing with HC for them.
MP was all for the idea of helping, but they told us they hit their limit pretty quickly.

There are 15-20 additional LP's who have licenses to grow but not sell yet. They don't get listed until their crops are ready for sale.
Where are details on the 15-20 newly approved growers? If they are growing now, they should be able to attract a client base for their finished product. Surely HC doesn't expect the grower to sit on a complete crop before they find customers? I'll be surprised if any are approved until after February.

Yeah i agree it's a little suspicious. From my understanding the licenses are given in a 3 part series. License to build, license to grow, license to sell.

there is not 15-20 new lp approvals!
they are getting loi, but majority of whom had lic prior have been stopped, or had their lic pulled for one reason or another. 3 new loi in last 2-3 months.

I just can't believe how some guys and gals down at HC just make today's plan for things as they get in each morning. How is it these minions are allowed to make up how things works. Like essentially making up the law as they figure it all out over coffee every morning in this new MMPR program. OH I know, they are he one implementing it all. But yet the rules seem to be decided by who...how many people figure this out. I'm thinking it seems to be pretty loose. At least this is the way it appears to me. No judge or legal minds.
Just a bunch of civil servants making decisions that GREATLY effect people lives and livings.
WAY too much rope down there at HC.
It's simply unfathomable that this whole program is simply made up as they go.. Thank GOD for the court case and the MMAR.

I think getting listed on the HC website is optional, not tied to final approvals. At least this is how it used to work.
The new approval process may restrict when you are allowed to be added, but the LPs have always been able to request that they not be added to the list.

They didn't want people to know because way too many people were calling bullshit, watching schedules, guessing curing times, complaining about product availability, going public, etc.

Would be far smarter to stay incognito until you have good product to sell.
Look at Thunderbird - they announced how many different shipping dates that all failed?
