It's just a matter of time before CW makes it's way to the hands of all patients in need. These guys are acting like it's the only CBD strain out there. People have and will continue to breed for high CBD, so if it isn't CW then it will be another strain. Fucken losers

I requested through the freedoms of information act each person or corporation that had applied for an MMPR license. I researched email addresses regarding the companies associated with each one and just blatantly asked if they received a ready to build letter. Some complied with my questioning some were @$$holes about it.

re: plant breeder rights *As I understand it* anyone with a charlotte's web cutting in hand could theoretically register it at a cost of around 10k, but they would have to be first.. and possibly they would have to prove it is not in the public domain (just guessing on that part).. they could take legal action against anyone else selling cw cuts or derivatives.. any seeds made from cw would actually NOT be protected under pbr, unless someone registered a cw seed variety but it would have to be an inbred cultivar

As far as I know, the regulations dont prevent people from using cultivars as breeding material.

As far as prosecution, I wouldn't be too surprised to see LPs use DNA tests to prove it if another starts selling their protected cultivars. If there is a lot of money involved, the lawyers will be all over it.

I see lp's litigating other lp's only. There's no way to protect your genetics if they are in private gardens. lol lp funded genetic material buy bust the next thing to worrie about?

[email protected] was the email account asking all the LP's in her list of their status... her name was clearly attached to that email. google the name and the linkdin profile comes up... same display pic as she used here....

Breeders RIGHTS IN Canada patentable in the states, however CW is hemp you have to grow greenhouses of it just to be able to produce oil!
