I guess I should wise up and split all the profits with my employees, then I can invest my equal pay into growing the company and assuming all the liabilities beings I'm the business owner, right?

If one of my employees makes a costly mistake, I should also pay for 100% of the damages, because I'm the business owner, right?
I have seen examples of co-ops that are working out quite well for all involved and turning a decent profit even in these trying times.

But i'll be honest; that's not for me i'd prefer to own the business and keep the profits.

there's nothing wrong with that at all - Good on 'em, people shouldn't be ashamed for working hard and acquiring currency as they say...
Sure, but to a point. Problem is most people don't want to give back. Imagine the psychology behind that being raised in state capitalist society...

I'll give you one of my fruity far left anarchist/communist answers: Cooperatives/cooperative economics.

I've never heard of them here.

As long as they co op the liability as well. I guess it would work.

The progressives here want to get paid more money than they are worth and say fuck you if they cause any liability to the company and want the owner to assume all the risk and liabilities.

Actually it's on our schedule C

Get some sleep and tackle it in the morning, it'l make more sense.

Remember, we pay 100%, it's an expense, a write off, not a credit.

Tell me tomorrow what you meant by "spit" and falling back to set max amount.

Good night.
Ok I could not sleep on this one and had to make a phone call. You are so right about the write off on the premiums for employee if I was to pay 100 percent I would could right off a 100 percent. Damn I had no clue on that one. I do apologize and will certainly look into what I could do to make that change, but it might not be necessary with AHCA. Really sorry for my part and thanks for that lesson

You really sound like one of those progressive occupy people.
ehhhh, never liked the people I saw at occupy, kind of the fringe type you'd see on the other side at a teabagger rally, but that's not to say there weren't good people involved. As for the second part, it depends on what you think progressive means.

I'm a democratic socialist, and believe it or not while some of us would have fit into occupy's model, there were mainly just a lot of dumbass hippie liberals and green party types. Kind of weird when you consider over time occupy on the national level evolved into an anti-capitalist movement.

You conservatives have been trying to find a way to make people work for free for a long time.
and they would have gotten away with it, had it not been for those meddling liberals! (who were once known as republicans long, long ago)

Looks like the propaganda is working for now. Sort of like 6 months before the election in 2012.
How did that work out?
Obama just announced he wants to delay the individual mandate!

He could have told the truth and done that months ago, the US wouldn't have shut down, how much did you say that cost again?

When you enter the workforce with your degree, will you work for free?
nope, unemployment among the newly graduated is like 40%.
God is going to live with the folks in their basement for a while until he figures out how to retire on welfare, SNAP and housing subsidies.

LMAO.....What in the hell do YOU know about working? Your post yesterday consisted of getting stoned, eating, getting stoned, fucking, getting stoned, fucking some more, etc etc etc. No work involved there unless you consider the 3 minutes you spent fucking Cheezytoes.

i did my work over the summer and early autumn.

now i just have my indoor grow going, which i visit for a week or two every month to tend to: harvesting, trimming, manicuring, transplanting new flowerers, transplanting small clones to N1 containers, taking new batches of clones, pruning, shaping, neeming, fertilizing, categorizing, culling, staking, tying, training etc etc etc.

the rest of the time the neighbors take care of it, all they have to do is turn on lights, water, and make sure the house doesn't burn down. sometimes they neem a plant if they see the borg or signs of the borg. they get half the take for their small bit of work.

ya see, i'm a job creator.

come this march, i will be back outside again, readying greenhouses, tilling soil, digging holes, amending soil, planting, guarding, and the like. but until then, it is winter of buck, snowbirding in san jose. eating good food and enjoying life.

try not to be so bitter, sport.
