if people are fleeing "progressive shit holes", then why is wyoming still so barren?
Because almost 54% of the land in Wyoming is owned by the Government. The rest is sagebrush, wind and crappy scoria dirt that doesn't grow much. Coal mines and Natural gas are the primary economic movers, and they aren't people dependent operations like manufacturing or service industries. In essence, there isn't anything there for people other than to visit once in a while. Its a shithole.

he got the majority of votes from ohio's 10th district, a tiny little place that is over 99% urban.

western cleveland is barely representative of the state as a whole.

you're welcome again.
If you could name some other Reps who were conservative or even-middle-of-the-road, you would have a better argument. I grew up in southwestern Ohio in the 70's. It leaned to the left then, but not Dennis Kucinich crazy left. Cleaveland is known as the armpit of the nation, or was, back then. Only went there once. Dirty city, smelled.
