600 watt Extrasun M.H./pulse start full spectrum bulb. Its one of the kind you do not have to switch from veg to flower. I was sketchy about it at first, but i used it on a GrandDoggyyPurp and Pineapple Chunk grow 2 grows back, and i got super dense sugary nugs. Then did a grow with m.h. during veg and h.p.s. for flower. Not much difference so i went back to the full spec. Buld this time.

Most of the time. Yeah, when my plants are healthy, green & praying, I know they’re happy n working.
you do know you're replying to a 7 year old thread?
and leaves do that when they're starting to get too much light, its a defensive adaptation to reduce the amount of surface area exposed to the sun

As are you. People beside OPs read posts for guidance for decades.

What you say is true, but it’s not the only diagnosis. I included the words “if my plants are happy & healthy” for you, my friend. Your diagnosis is appropriate for plants in general. For competent growers in an ideal grow environment, it’s a sign of good health despite our pushing the plants hard to produce. Yes, the plant is limiting its photon absorption by angling leaves up, but that’s because we’re pushing the plant. In this situation, common to pot growers, the plant is very healthy.
